This Walgreens has poor customer service. Pharmacy is schedule to close at 1:30pm. However I arrived at 1:26pm and the shuttle was closed already. I'm trying to get medicine for my elderly mother. This is unacceptable. The pharmacist was Marcus and Pharmacist lead was Edward. Now I have to get back out here on icy roads to get my mother medicine. Only in the black and brown neighborhood.

7 years later I’m changing my review to a 3. They have definitely improved their service over the years!I’m a very understanding person but the pharmacy is very slow. I understand I'm not the only customer they have. BUT I had a prescription called in at 830am and when I called at 10am to check the status it still was not pulled from the recording. I was told that in an hour it would be ready. When I showed up at 1130am it STILL was not processed into the system. I was told it would not be ready until 1215pm. Very POOR customer service from the pharmacy department at this location.

I was told my prescription will be ready at 3 came at 3:01 told me to come back in a hour my bf got there at 4:51 and it was still not ready horrible cst service

So i come to this Walgreens because it’s closer to my house. But I hate this store lacks customer service. On Friday I went looking for a mouse(computer) I looked on the wall and didn’t see anything. I went to the chubby cashier and she had no customers told me to go look on the wall. I asked where she said by the pictures and if there wasn’t any they were out. Had this chubby lady taken her time to come show me but she was way too lazy! Today Sunday this same store had the same earphones with 2 different prices. Two different sets. So Jasmine had 1 customer in line when I asked if she could help us (because they’re locked)she said yes in a minute. But that minute turned to minutes and she kept taking customers and ignored me. Jazmine you have man eyebrows maybe they don’t allow you to see. Alexis (other cashier) You are the best employee they have. Keep up with customer service. You’re a keeper and my hero. You make a big difference in that store. Thank you for taking your time helping me with the price and getting the product. Walgreens on Little York get more people like Alexis!!!!!

Pharmacy never answers the phone. I was on holdFor 20 minutes, I got tired of waiting so I hung up. I went to pick up a prescription and they were trying to charge me when they did the mistake of inputting wrong EDG number. My prescription was actually covered by insurance. Pharmacy doesn’t do much problem solving and isn’t doing their job to well.

Pharmacy is horrible, they never answer the phone . On several occasions they do not answer. It rings for about 10 mins until they hang up.

I went to pick up a prescription and the lady pharmacist looked unhappy working here. I noticed a STACK of Walgreens Coupon and asked if she could help me, but she didn't. She stated she had never done it and nobody trained her on it. She seemed to be interested in her phone more. I figured it out in about 10 mins. 0 starts for Customer Service, 0 stars for the Professionalism, but Walgreens gets a star from my prescription going from $58+ for $12+.

I was dropping off 2 prescriptions on a Tuesday’s 10am. Employees seem unhappy in their work environment, poor customer service. I asked for my prescriptions back and took them to a different pharmacy

Lazy people work here, oh they drag their tail to tell you where a product is and the shift manager ? looks always rude and moody and she wants to quit, run out of that place. Not friendly as the experience of Walgreens.

Worst pharmacy to answer phone calls.. they pickup and put you on hold for as long as they want..You have to go in person to speak with someone..

I deposited money onto my Chime card and I asked the cashier, Irene, for change for a $20, but she laughed and said she can’t because she’s running low. Well of course you’re running low, it’s a cash register, that’s what happens. However it was very rude of her to say that she couldn’t give me change because it’s inconvenient for her, and then to laugh about it.

my insurance was no longer covering by prescription birth control. my previous pharmacy, Frank's Specialty Pharmacy always applied a manufacturer coupon. I took the same coupon to wlagreens, employee typed it in, she looked at the screen told me she'd be right back went to speak to the pharmacist came back and told me the coupon didn't take. clearly they didn't like how much of a discount it took and were more concerned about losing money than caring about a patients needs. I called my dr to send my prescription back to Frank's. I called Frank's, they applied the coupon without me asking and scheduled my meds to be delivered to my home. Walgreens is greedy and doesn't care about patients. I suggest taking your prescription elsewhere. I've read walgreens does this alot. the rest of the store is fine. but for a pharmacy who is going to deny patients meds the pharmacy staff could definitely have better attitudes as well.

The pharmacy will have you on the phone holding for over an hour and 30 minutes, they kept on picking up and disconnecting the call every time. In order to talk to someone from this location you would have to go in physically even on the professional side they placed the clinical staff on hold as well.
