I have been to this location in the past, had long wait time, and less than courteous techs.Today was much better!Very organized, helpful, courteous.There was a bit of a wait, but leader was organized and communicated with everyone.Whole team did a good job today!Thank you!

Worst service ! Brought my tire in at 10:30 waited till 2pm the guy told me it would take 1 hour ended up taking longer. On top of that they charge me for the tire that was under warranty. Apparently warranty doesn’t cover bubble tire.. this was a tire defect and still had to pay. Customer service horrible rude employee . They are so bitter!

Wish I could give the Auto Care Centers a all time ZERO ?! Never again! Go to a real tire shop! Walmart has and is losing my business in this department for sure…

I arrived at 8:15. The bay doors were closed and there were 3 cars in line. After sitting there for 15 minutes I called the number. The man who answered said they would open at 9:30. I explained the website said they opened at 7. He said "yeah but we have no techs!WTH? IMO, those "employees" would be looking for new jobs! One not being on time or out sick, maybe, but ALL of them? Unacceptable!

I pulled up to Bay. Workers just looked up at me and went back to work. I walked in told lady I need oil change she told me to be patient that someone would come give me a ticket. Sat and waited for them too finish with other vehicles to even talk to me. Waited an hour couldn't go anywhere else. Very unprofessional. They at least need to have someone get the information and keys from customers. Why do I have to wait for other people's cars to get service.

Had issues with a oil change done. The auto manager (Brian) tried really hard to avoid me, also never returned any of my calls. The techs are great and more supportive than the manager. I have no idea how he became a manger. I'll never take any of my vehicles there again. In the end they did correct the issue, thanks to other managers but overall terrible experience.

I lost my wheel cap as it wasn't put back on correctly after servicing a flat tire. Kindly make sure to do the job the right way from beginning to end.

Was told it'd be 1 hr. I got my groceries and returned an hour later. My car was the bay with the hood up. I got a text from walmart so im thinking its done. NO..the text read "theyre starting my oil change". HUH? Over an hour and just now starting? After another hour and 20 minutes I was done.Then the "manager" (bit of a stretch to call him that) seemed to have ZERO desire to help customers. Or maybe it was me bc I'm white. Bc he was having a jolly ole time with everyone else. Actually I did see him "work": he handed me my key fob. Yet he insisted on keeping it in his pocket till his subordinate fetched a pen with ink in it. As if I was gonna run out and not sign or pay. He put my key on counter i said "thanks" and he said nothing back. Reverse racism? Cars were lining up outside and had no desire to help. He watched from the glass bc it was cold outside.Reading reviews from 3 years ago customers saying THE SAME THING IM SAYING. But nothing changed! Here's a hint: dont hire unmotivated and incompetent people. Instead hire proactive and productive people? Just a thought.Good prices, extremely slow and rude manager. I don't know his name but his picture on the wall. LOL

The worst service you can receive, if you want to get angry, waste time, see how they serve women for free and have them wait for you to tell them that they are busy and do nothing! Come to this place is the worst and the worst service @Walmart should replace the staff! Put Latinos or white Americans, staff who really want to work because those who serve African-Americans are the worst in attention! Haragans and liars

I had a nail in my tire and was told by a guy that it was against their policy to fix it. He gave me an address of a tire shop around the corner. I purchased their roadside assistance with my tires. He told another customer the same thing. I had a feeling that he was lying and took my car to Walmart in Katy and they fixed it with no problemWowPlease Do BetterYour inconveniencing customers just so you can be lazy.Services: Oil change

I came to get 2 tires replaced at 5:50 and the guy told me he couldn’t take me because it was too late and they did not have enough time ( They close at 7) when I was waiting to make an appointment for next day, I saw a woman pulling in and she needed to get a tire replaced, and they agreed to replace i even though I came first and they had plenty of time.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE YOU WILL SPEND MORE MONEY ON YOUR CAR IN THE LONG RUN. went in for an oil change and they broke my oil pan so it was just leaking oil
