We ordered one thing for delivery and they checked the order and said it was there and we waited for thirty minutes then we saw them giving other people that came after us so we just ended up leaving.

Never can I ever get someone to answer the darn phone, no matter the time of day, nor day of the week. They must be closed or something because the phone just rings and rings then turns to a busy signal

Worst Walmart employees ever ! Loud and for what the cashier in fast checkout rude for no reason they be embarrassing theres elves innocent people go in and they be rude and yelling in people faces cause simply someone took there time or wasted there time I wouldn't recommend even saying take something off your list cause it was not the price you liked because they end up yelling at someone faces saying omg my line when there's only like 3 kind people waiting not caring on line literally they be talking so rudely about other customers that left before or something like that pharmacy people and other stock employees be having a whole argument about something else THEY HAVE TO LEARN TO KEEP THERE RUDE THOUGHTS IN !!!!! I HATE COMING HERE BECAUSE I GET JUDGE FOR NOTHING like it's a FRIENDLY STORE AND THIS IS NOT FRIENDLY manager you got to learn to hire nice people ready for work not rude people people don't even seem to enjoy it there like old times

This walmart has the worst customer service ever! Its close to my job so i come for convenience, but this is the last time...they have you check in, just to have you standing around for 20 mins waiting for the same order! They cancel items that are actually in the store from your online order, then when you walk in the store and find it yourself, they dont know what is going on! Its really ridiculous and the manager quite honestly needs to be fired and replaced because the workers obviously dont care to make them look bad!

Horrible Pickup service! Very unorganized/ poor management. It's basically the blind leading the blind and it reflects big time. Called several times after already checking into a pickup spot on app and after waiting close to an hr and being asked 10 times what name was order under, finally got attended to. What's the point in having a line if no one answers. Smh very disappointed. I won't even get into the customer service in store because it is just as bad!

I was shopping and had to use the restroom I rushed in and water( well I hope it was water ) was all on the floor and got on my pants. I basically begged not one but two employees to bring me some bottoms in. I even told them I'll give them my card to pay for it before bring them back in. They said ok and never came back in to the restroom. I waited a total an hour and a half. My pants kinda dried up and I walked with my basket behind me . When I walked out one of the ladies I asked was working in hardware by the fans. When she seen me she walked off fast. As a costume I would think they would try to help since it's their place of business. It wasn't my water ( still praying) was on the floor.

Went yesterday to buy some paint. There was no one in the department . Two of the employees told me they was going to call someone to get the keys to mix the paint . They had me waiting for over 20 min . Went to talk to a manager and she had the nerve to ask me if I still needed help with paint like duh yes . She sent be back to the department and again no one showed up to help . Till I went to customer service someone actually help me . But end up leaving the store with no paint cause they didn't had the correct base . I think if the put a monkey to work in that location would do a better job on giving customer a good service.

If you know anyone that has found a black wallet with gold zipper (two compartments) this was lost on this past Saturday April 4th, 2020 at this location 45N & West. Around 2pm. **REWARD** will be given of anyone has any info. I have filed a police report and prayed highly in regards to the sage return. Thanks so much in advance. Please spread word!!!! Dude they don't even deserve 1 Star! Nobody at this store cares about me. I won't be back and I'm telling all my friends that you guys have rats infested in the store ! I saw 2 rats & I waited 30 mins to get lashes in the cosmetic department after I was in school since 5 am and now i don't have time to study tonight! I'm so exhausted and nobody even cares about their job and Walmart's customers. This lady walked up and then she gave me this attitude like it was my fault I wanted to make a purchase and was waiting. Terrible teamwork's and communication skills. Sickk ! Target ONLY from now on .

I was planning on buying groceries and supplies from this store, but not anymore. Sam Walton personally had a policy to let RVs and other park overnight at locations because he stated and believed and wanted Americans to travel more and see more of their country. I stopped in to ask this location and they do not allow it. This location dishonors Sam Walton's legacy and goals in being a service to Americans. I'll spend my money somewhere else and advise others to do the same.

I bought something that expired in August of 2018 and it's now March of 2019. They didn't care when I called them and they weren't going to pull the rest of the expired products off of the shelf either. Too lazy. Corporate didn't care either. I work in customer service and they will NEVER be on my level!

This is one of the most poorly run Walmart's that I've ever come across. One of the biggest issues is that the electric carts for use by handicap people have been broken for the better part of a year. This has been brought to the manager's attention several times and he has done nothing to rectify the situation. The Walmart is quite near to 2 senior apartment complexes where many people need those electric carts to be able to complete their shopping.Clearly, their money is not important. My belief is that it reflects Walmart's disinterest in low-income neighborhoods. The store gets a horrible review over and over and nothing is done to change the situation. In addition to the electric carts not working, the store is just not kept clean. The bathroom in the back of the store is absolutely atrocious. The store in general just doesn't look like it is being kept up. From the entryway where the carts are stored to the back of the store - it is just not clean. The one exception would be the produce department where clearly they have a manager who cares about his job. WalMart - this is a low income area with lots of handicapped people. If this manager does not want to take care of the store properly, please replace him.

I was at the money center, and there was a line and no employee at the register. We asked one of the managers that was walking by what time they would open; the lady said.. and I write this exactly how she said .. "ughh.. when they get here." !? And walked away!! So rude!!! I love Walmart but the need some better employees.
