Seriously, best Walmart in Houston. I tell all my friends and family about how great it is haha, and frequently grocery shop here. I actually LIKE shopping here and not just for the prices. It is clean, the isles are neat, it is very well laid out, I can always find what I need here. Plus, the employees not only are helpful, they are kind and if they see you looking will reach out to YOU! And you know those lines that go on for a mile in a half at check out that make you just want to abandon your overflowing cart and cut your losses right then and there? This Walmart has self check out and lines are incredibly reasonable. Often there is no wait or only 1-2 other carts in front, that's it! even at busy times of day like after work! Not only that, the greeters and check out staff are kind. I have seen some bad stuff for some other Walmart employees at other locations, this one seems to treat their staff better. 5 stars and I'm glad it's my neighborhood Walmart location :)

I am normally not a Walmart shopper. It's not because of the products or the service, it's just always so BUSY! But this morning I tried this location because I needed to run in and right back out. The customer service line with short and fast! This Wal-Mart is neatly kept and it is not congested.

Why do you guys have ONE PERSON working in customer service!? On a Friday? Then they take the slowest amount of time .. it's like they don't care there's a long line. Other employees crowd around to talk and BS around completely ignoring the fact there's a long LINE!!! This store deserves NO STARS but the girl helping me was decent . Thank HER why i gave 3.

Called ahead to ask if they could print pictures on cakes and the person on the phone said yes that all I had to do was bring a picture. So I show up to do the order and the lady at register gives me a paper to fill out and I ask about picture and she says she can't do that. I'm confused considering I was told yes so I go up to an assistant manager who gives me an attitude and treats me like an idiot for even wondering why they cannot do it. She spits out some b******* explanation about copyright issues but honestly i can tell it was just laziness. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Absolutely the most unprofessional and tacky store in the area ! Pharmacist lady Is an absolutely rude disrespectful person who seems to get her kicks by labeling people and talking to them like they're idiots and LYING . Months ago they didn't give me some of my items at checkout and it's been a back and forth mess with corporate the whole year as corporate refuses to refund me and sends me back to the store who claim they have no record of the issue . Avoid this store like the plague !

Came in to purchase a video game and was told to ask for Rueben the manager for help. He didn't even try to help me and told me to use the Walmart app. Worst customer service I've ever received from a manager. I hope you read this Rueben.

I liked this store today. Minimal crowd & plenty of cashiers . Store was very neat. Could tell they have a good crew. Nice people all thru the store, I had a small list, found it quickly & got to my car without any hassels. Glad to see the greeters are back. A friendly hello & goodbye can't be replaced Good Job.

This is clean for a Walmart . Well stocked . The customer service is nonexistent. The garden centre is compared. The rest is what you expect from Walmart. Plenty of parking. Mickey D's and Nascar merchandise all here

Never thought I'd be giving a Walmart 5 stars but this one really surprised me. After a horrible horrible (did I mention horrible?) visit to the dentist on a Saturday, I needed to fill a prescription and everywhere else besides the overpriced standalone places was closed but this Walmart's pharmacy closed at 7 and I made it at 6:52 and they filled the prescription within 10 minutes and were very pleasant about it. Inside looked very clean and non-Walmarty also.

Of the several Walmart's in the area I prefer this one. My only complaint is a poorly stocked craft department and the lack of bolt fabric. Otherwise this is a great store. The staff go out of their way to help, even giving us free water while we waited for our cab in the summer heat.

Wanted to buy a pet whale. Lots of them in America I hear. Big obesity problem. Came here. Didn't have any for sale. Should have gone to Whalemart. It's definitely not my favourite Walmart - but is there such thing as a favourite Walmart? I would hope not... It seems pretty new although I have no idea whether it is. It's a little hard to get to, close to 610 and 10, but with so many exits and junctions around here, finding a way on to the various freeways or off of them can be a little challenging. Like the Challenger. Nevertheless it's good to have it here. This location is in Spring Branch. Want to see my Spring Branch?

ZERO stars. Really??? Twinkies are $1, but White-Out is $6, along with otherly highly priced things like healthier versions of ice cream, bread, snacks, etc. Wal Mart: destroying America one purchase at a time.
