Today I had a very bad experience at the Walmart Service Center. I arrived at 6:00 PM and they kept me waiting until 6:30 PM without anyone speaking to me or giving me any information. After 30 minutes, someone came and asked if I had made an appointment. I said no, because I have never made an appointment for an oil change at any Walmart before. In every other Walmart in this city, I just walk in, wait 10–20 minutes, and they change my oil.
This time, they completely wasted my time. It seems the staff at this location are not properly trained. I am not satisfied at all and I do not recommend this place
