I'm writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received today at your bakery. My daughter's 16th birthday was fast approaching, and finding the perfect cake had become quite the quest. I'd spent weeks searching various stores, only to be met with repeated disappointments. Many bakeries claimed there wasn't enough space to personalize the heart-shaped cakes my daughter had her heart set on, and online ordering options were equally limited.
My hopes were beginning to dwindle, until I encountered Melanie. From the moment I showed her the picture of the cake design I envisioned, her response was incredibly reassuring. She not only confirmed she could create it, but she also promised to have it ready within 30 minutes! I was truly amazed by her confidence and willingness to go the extra mile.
When I collected the cake, I was utterly speechless. It exceeded all my expectations and perfectly captured the design I’d envisioned. The artistry and attention to detail were exceptional. Melanie's dedication transformed what had been a stressful search into a truly delightful experience. She made my daughter's birthday incredibly special, and for that, I am deeply grateful. I ordered a heart cake and Melanie made my inspo pic come to life!! I was really happy with how it came out and I love that she paid attention to even the smallest details. I highly recommend!!

Ordered my daughter’s happy disco Daisy birthday cake from this Walmart! Melanie was so nice and let me know that she could customize my order if I gave her photos! She nailed my daughter’s cake! It was exactly as the photo and per my description. My cake was fresh and ready on time! Will be using this Walmart bakery from now on! If you’re in the store and need a cake, request Melanie as your decorator!

Customer service is terrible expect to be online for a long time has over 30 registers and there's always only 2 open every time we go we have to wait 30 minutes at the register to pay for our stuff

This is the worse Walmart in the history of Walmart's. The checkout sucks, is there not anyone who knows what the hell is going on. Standing behind a lady at checkout she looks up and says sir I'm closed. I had been standing behind for a while. I asked another cashier for a manger he said they are gone. No one wanted to call and get me some help. The only person who tried to help out was Alli and the door. If these people don't want to help customers out they should quit and go find other jobs. I wouldn't even give them one star.

This place is a joke and the manager is a joke. Ppl he's talking to on the radio stops answering him (this is for diff ppl) He's done not getting answered. Then it's my turn hey can you please get someone to isle 23 no one answers him he calls again then looks at me and says I guess no one is working in that department. Really? You're the manager, you don't know who's working and not working. You can't even help me? Really? You should know how to do every job If you're the manager(my opinion only) Awesome. Will never be back here again.

I wasn't really sure what ink in needed for my printer and ended up getting the wrong ink. I found out by opening the package and comparing the new cartilage to my old one. I realized that I had picked up the wrong one, so when back to Walmart. I was told that they wouldn't take it back because if had open one of the packages. I couldn't even get half of my money back after spending 70 damn dollars on ink. Mind you, I only opened the black cartilage. The color one was completely sealed, so I'm still not understanding why I couldn't even get my half my money back. I understand that it is store policy to not accept open packages, but I bought my old cart to compare and show them that the new one wouldn't even fit in my printer. They were also rude and had an attitude. I'm completely dissatisfied with service I received. My advice to you all is to try and figure out if you have the wrong product without opening it. You can't even open just one.

The manager Sherry is a sweetheart!!! My mom has knee surgery and needed an electric wheelchair to get around Walmart. Sherry walked all the way to the edge of the parking lot to retrieve one for my mom. She was very friendly, professional, and just overall excellent. I thought she would go get one from inside the store or just say she couldn't find any. She looked all over until she found one and said that she would try to get more for the store. I would like to say thank you again sherry for going above and beyond !!!!!!!

I had received a few items as a gift and returned them to get a store credit. As I went to checkout after shopping around my gift card was not scanning at checkout. Angelica, Rohn and Laura were so kindly to take care of the problem and even opened up an extra lane to accommodate my needs! Shout out to some awesome employees! Thank u :)

This is a review for only the pharmacy. I went to pick up a medication that my doctor sent and it was to be for only 30 days of pills but the prescription was sent for 90 days supply. The pharmacy was good enough to shrink the order to 30 days and honored my good Rx coupon which made my meds cost cheaper than what I could get with my prescription benefits because I paid cash. Yeah! Downside is I did have to wait 15 minutes but I did some shopping in the meantime.

Went in this am to buy spray paint. It is locked up. Apparently no one at Walmart gets a key. They don't inspire.

Worst Customer Service center, 1 employee working for 15 people in line. Don't bother asking for additional cashiers, because they don't care to have you waiting in line.
