Came on Easter 2024 around 7:15-730Pm. Went to the beauty section, line was long due to the process but that's fine. What is not okay is how the lady with short blue locs who's name started with a P (her name tag was covered halfway) was treating her coworker and an older customer. She was yelling at the coworker for moving slow, IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. And yelling at an older lady checking out for checking out over there, even (in a rude way) said something along the lines of next time do not come to this area we are busy. She even made comments while checking me out that "they don't need to put her over hear anymore, she too slow" referring to her coworker as well as "oh my god" when the older customer asked for help. She clearly cannot handle checking people out or working with humans . No one deserves to be humiliated like that. She needs to get fired. I have NEVER seen an employee act like that towards anyone. No one was mad at the line, we were all CLEARLY uncomfortable with how you treat people.

The online parking pick up is horrible! People use these spot as personal parking spots. Target is .5 a mile away. Go there instead if you're able too!

I used Walmart's curbside pick up yesterday and I was not happy with the service. Ordering items, paying and even the time from order to pickup was amazing. Curbside pickup was the issue. We arrived for curbside, we called the number as directed. The call goes to voicemail. We did this a few times. I called Walmarts main number and it went to the fitting room. The person I spoke with said I called the wrong number so we hung up and I called again, the call went right back to her in the fitting room. She found the phone number to curbside and I told her we called and it said if you have an issue with your online order, call an 800 number otherwise leave a message, but no one was answering. So the lady tries to reach somebody and she's not able to do so, she leaves the fitting room and goes all the way to where curbside is handled on the other side of the store she talks to someone there and tells them we're in slot 30 like I told her and she walks all the way back and confirms my name and that she had told someone that we were in 30 and they would be there soon. So by this time 45 minutes had passed and we're sitting there. I had downloaded the Walmart app because when I received the text saying that our order was ready to press your click this link it went straight to download Walmart app so I get on the app and I'm trying to find a place where I can put in our parking number and let them know we're here while the lady is running around Walmart trying to get help for us and then I realized that I had such a hard time a few months ago with Walmart coming out of the store and doing curbside that I had deleted the app in the first place and here I was trying to do this again. I will never use Walmart curbside again. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any company. It's not worth waiting for people to get their crap together because their phone systems not working still or whatever other reason. I do think the lady from fitting didn't catch her name did everything to help us and I am pleased with that, but everything else is crap with Walmart curbside assistance. Walmart Hwy 6 and 529

I try my best to stay the F out of Wally World Went here for a simple order pick up of the queen v soap. Since online and everywhere else was sold out completely, (online, Amazon, stores.) this was the only location that shows they had plenty of inventory. I haven't been inside this Walmart in years!!!! Parked, dialed the number for my spaced. That was shut down, and gave the store number. So inside I go. I visit 3 different locations to locate the pick up orders, which is in the toy section. Steven let me know the phones were down. He was pleasant. The younger gent who was assisting me, handed me my bags in a F up way. Shit was tangled and a bit heavy for my order. The bag was so messed up it felled on the floor. (Which should've been 4 bars of queen v soap, and one package of wipes. But was 4 containers of lady wash, definitely was NOT putting that on my Coochie.) While Wearing a dress. I pick up the bag off the floor. (Like I said it was F up how it was handed over) then the bottle felled out. Not once did the little boy attempt to pick it up. I should've left the shit on the floor, since I was not taking it anyway. I should've Cancel the order, and allow him to pick it up and place it back. The customer service is janky as F. I see why I don't mess with Walmart. Thanks for the reminder.

My mother purchased a gift card at this location for a large amount for my cousin who just had twins. When my cousin attempted to use the gift card the actual, physical card had no balance. My mothers receipt has the gift card number and the amount of purchase listed as well as her bank statement shows her card was charged. When I compared the two, the number on the card is completely different than the one on the receipt. We've called 3 times and no one answers when the operator connects the call. Would HIGHLY ADVISE NOT TO PURCHASE GIFT CARDS at this location. Contacted corporate and Going through corporate for correction.

I had a very irritating clash with Walmart Vision Center at this location. In short, the sales staff flagrantly lied to me about delivery date for my glasses. I'll spare the boring details, but, it was NOT an oversight, misunderstanding, or mistake on my part or innocent error on the part of the sales clerk. I was blatantly and deliberately lied to by the staffer about delivery date because she was trying to keep me from leaving the store to buy elsewhere. I am positive about this. My clash escalated to a phone discussion with the manager, including my promise to post on Yelp and Google about the incident. The manager handled the situation very well, excellently even. She handled an irritated and offended customer professionally and elegantly. She listened patiently. She asked what I wanted done to resolve the situation. She assured me that she would confront the situation and clerk involved and impose corrective action. It was very well handed by the manager. I do not believe that a manager of her caliber, talent, and grace is responsible for hiring or training a clerk who would behave so unprofessionally and alienating toward clientele. I have to believe that the manager is stuck managing people that she did not hire. I suppose my summary for this post is simple. Be cautious about what one of the clerks at this Walmart Vision Center tells you. Her first priority is making the sale and honesty, integrity, character, or the truth are secondary or possibly not even relevant to her. However, if you have the pleasure of interacting with the manager then you will be pleased and at ease. With luck and a little time perhaps the manager that I met can replace those beneath her with staff that is more professional and forthright like her. For those of you in need of detail, my phone interaction with the manager was at 4:56pm on Wednesday, 07/26/2023.

So I go in asking for help because I live out of town and multiple people told me they can help you because they didn't speak English , which I could understand, but it was the individual who told me they can't help me because they don't speak English in English. Then on top of that when I went to the money center the people behind the counter tried to tell me that they can't exchange my twins for 50s out of $100 and try to keep my twins my $100 back. I get everyone had their days but don't be a dick to people

If I could give them negative stars, I would! This is THE worst store for curbside pickup. Every time I place an order and come to pick it up, I'm always waiting thirty minutes or more. I only come here because it's close to where I live. Sadly, I'll have to go further away to get supplies. People have parked after I've arrived and got their stuff before me. If you are getting good service or you don't have any issues, please tell me what you are doing differently so I can do the same. Very, very frustrating!!! I'm still waiting!!! One hour!!

Came here for the same pickup two days running. Waited two hours the first day to be told they couldn't give me my order and that I had to reschedule to the next day. Came back and have now been here two hours again with no delivery in sight, despite being told it would "be out shortly". Be assured I'll be trying another site after this for my shopping needs!

I made an on-line order and was informed it was ready for pick-up via text. I let them know I was on my way and checked in with my position and car color. I waited over an hour and then called the number on the post and the answering machine was full. Was called back in 10 minutes and it seemed like they couldn't find my order or my check-in info. Said it would be out soon. Waited another 15 minutes and called back to cancel my order. GRRRR! Was told they were having technical difficulty. Same excuse I had been given the last time I ordered. Horrible service!
