Went to Walmart on 10/25 12353 Farm to Market 1960 Road West, Houston, TX store #03297, spent $548.21. $150.00 of this amount should have been my insurance cards. They were cashed out by Walmart and now Walmart has to put this money back also. Took 2 1/2 hours to check out yes, 2 1/2 hours , first the manager said it was my cards so after many attempts to run the cards the manager then said, they have a new POS system and they haven't gotten the bugs worked out so I finely wrote a check and it was ran electronically finely after 2 1/2 hours I leave but if you think this nightmare is over you will be wrong! I get home and one alert after the other goes off on my phone and I find out Walmart has billed my cards to the tune of $1992.84. Some information for you to know is that the manager cannot do anything about it! I have to call Walmart! Good luck getting the person you need on the phone I had to cancel my bank card because Walmart kept billing it. My wife's bank card was stopped at her bank and now she doesn't have one. So here we are its 11/4 and Walmart still hasn't refunded all my money they still owe me $448.21. Walmart is just not worth this kind of drama the only reason I went in the first place is my insurance gives me a monthly food alliance and Walmart is the only large retailer that takes it I don't think I will be going back to Walmart I will just go back to using it on line. Now they owe us $29.00 for fraud and $10.00 for a new card and about $500.00 for the two hours that was wasted and there was not even a chair to sit down, we stood all this time. Walmart should be held responsible for doing this to an old couple.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would I sent my boyfriend to the store late one night after work to pick up some chicken for dinner and I don't know what this issue was but apparently 4 different people ran at him accusing him of stealing they we're definitely stereotyping I think it's complete bullshit when he has no bag with him and money to pay the loss prevention team was really unprofessional saying he put hands on another woman and accusing him of a list of things but after my boyfriend spoke with her she had no issue I think Mr. Loss prevention was a little upset he hasn't had a bust in awhile explains the major up In security measures which I have no issue with what I have an issue with is A UNFAIR TRESPASS AND THE STEREOTYPING RIDICULOUS

Walmart Auto Center Houston, 1960/Eldridge. So apparently this is where the "Walking Dead" come to "work." This was among the worse customer service I've ever experienced. Employees in the Auto Center completely ignored customers, not even a "Hello, someone will be with you soon." You have to stand outside the store near a little podium and multiple employees just pretended as though several customers were invisible. There were cars in the service bays but little to no activity, employees appeared to be wandering around aimlessly. We stood there, just waiting, for about 15 minutes without any acknowledgement. Another customer who was already waiting when we arrived, tried to get their attention, but was also ignored (one guy did look up, but didn't respond). I would not recommend the Auto Center to anyone. This is not a general complaint about Walmart; I've shopped at Walmart many times w/o issues and previously visited their Auto Center in Pearland (a few years ago) and had no complaints about the service.

absolutely insane place to shop at. Walked in and was suddenly overcome with this off putting feeling, I wish i wouldve left then but i needed to get jam for my poor and dying daughter. I kept walking and all the light shut off.... i thought it was maybe just a power outage... boy was i wrong. One overhead light came on above me and 40 people in pitch black coats and hoods came out of the darkness and grabbed me. I was pulled away into a back room where dead babies hung from the ceiling and bloody human body parts were sprawled out across the floor. I tried to pull away but i couldn't. I was knocked out and woke up tied to a chair where i was told something in a satanic language. They began to sacrifice me, each of my fingers were chopped off and i screamed in agony, but to no avail, the room was sealed. Now i'm in the hospital attempting to recover. If i don't make just know that Walmart is a satanic and awful place to shop at!! *outro*

If I could give negative stars, I would. I'm so tired of having to self check at a filthy register while an "attendant" stands there on a cell phone. Every time I try to give Walmart another try, I'm disgusted and disappointed. Clean the registers! If we have to self check, then at least provide wipes at the register so we can wipe down the previous customer's leaking chicken. I'm over this store!

Customer service they can't even spell it. So ridiculous they won't open the back patio to get pellets for barbecue. They said we could come back tomorrow because they can't do it. It wasn't even 6:00 p.m. I see why you only have two stars it's because nobody cares. I guess I know why this Kroger across the street is so busy. The employees should honestly be ashamed of themselves.

I called it today to the pharmacy To get my refill The pharmacy answered the phone Before I said anything That person put me on hold I I waited for 13 minutes. When kid finally answered it I asked him if he knew how long I'd been waiting for it He Responded me With pride how much time I was waiting for exactly but he didn't apologize whatsoever And that irritated me a lot And I asked him for his name And he said it was Isaac And he He asked me if I needed something That respond irritated me more And I told him that I'm going to report him What he said that was OK and he told me his name again With the spelling. I don't really do I review unless It was an outstanding service But this person evidently full of sarcasm hitted me nerves

Thanks for the help! Really needed cat litter and to save time because I work 12 - 14 hours a day, thought it might be worth it to order delivery for items that I haven't had time to get recently. The item that I most needed (cat litter) was marked unavailable, so I had to go out to get it, and upon going to Walmart, find that the item is in fact, right where it should be, available, on the shelf, and whomever is in charge of picking up orders did not feel like it was worth it I guess to just bring the item? No offer for substitution or anything. If you don't want to do delivery, don't work in delivery dude. And if you want to argue about working a job you hate because we are in a pandemic, yes I understand, but I am also trying to survive in a pandemic and you are costing me money by not doing the job that you signed up for. Just be considerate.

Wow! So glad I came to this Walmart this morning...Truly enjoyable shopping. Everything is in order...ladies dept looked Amazing! Didnt find the Jeggings I've been searching for thou! Tried & True Faux Leather Black Jeggings but its ok. Store and barbrooms check outs Are amazing clean..organized my Compliments to Mgr!! Awesome Job!

Waited for my online grocery order for over 2 hours. No one is answering the phones. Said my order was ready at 6 pm it is now 8 pm been waiting and nothing!! Plus there is over 10 cars that have been waiting the same amount of time as me. Terrible would give it no stars if I could.

I bought these yesterday night to make them today on the grill with some steaks! Well I open the packet and find this white fungus or whatever all over it! I'm glad I noticed before I kept rinsing one off!!! Do these people care about the quality of the food they sell??? And it stinks!!!!

At first it wasn't bad, but they are always out of common things. Then they stopped delivering it properly. Last couple of times they never showed up and it took days to get a refund of my money. Lately it wouldn't let me place an order at all. Very disappointed.

I had a really big issue today with my delivery order never being delivered, that had nothing to do with Walmart's team members & everything to do with Door dash & I'll get with them tomorrow about their driver. I just had to come on here & say that I really appreciate the pick up & delivery team. (TIFFANY, assistant manager) & (MORISE) are awesome, god knows they had a busy busy Monday but they made sure to attend to me as quickly as possible. I watched them work as a team & they did a great job at making sure I had everything from my order before I left. All though they were tired & had a long day their customer service attitude was beautiful! Thank you guys! We definitely need more like you in customer service department.

Whats the point of having almost every open lane be self checkout (there were only 2 open "manned" lanes on my visit, each with 10 plus people with cart fulls), and accepting WIC when you can't even use WIC as a payment option at the self checkouts?! And having employees who seem untrained on the self checkout machines/how to fix errors? Not to mention, having merchandise on the floor that has supposedly been recalled so it can't be sold? (toddler jacket).

This is for Walmart.com. I bought a table and when it was delivered, the top of the table was cracked. We contacted Walmart.com and was sent another table top. The rep from Walmart.com scheduled USPS to pick up the cracked table. When USPS came, they did not pick up the table because they said it was too big. We again contacted walmart.com and was told they would schedule FedEx to pick up the cracked table. We asked if we were going to be charged and we were told we would NOT be charged for the second table top even though it had not been picked up yet. We waited a few days and FedEx never came. We contacted walmart.com again because we then noticed we were charged for another table! When talking to walmart.com they said they did not see were FedEx was ever scheduled and then went ahead and scheduled the pick up. The table has since been picked up but we now have to wait 3-4 weeks for our refund? What!!??!!?! We should never have been charged for the second table at all. It was not our fault that walmart.com scheduled USPS to pick up a table that was too big. It is not our fault that the original pick up from FedEx was never scheduled. But we are having to take the hit for this because of walmart.com mistake. So to sum up, we are being charged for a new and a cracked table. I will never order from Walmart.com again!
