I must say it was a little chaotic going through Walmart, a lot of the employees there do not know their products. One in particular was shopping for curbside or delivery and I asked her where the boiled peanuts were. She says, "we don't have those"... so she's not familiar with the product she was rude, and needs to be retrained. The current set of employees have no pride in their jobs. As much money as was spent on this location, it frumpy-dumpy...again! If y'all are looking for the boiled peanuts, they're on the isle where the canned vegetables are, midway up.

I've waited in the paint section for a half hour because the person with the key decided to go to lunch and they are the only one with a key is ridiculous how does only one person have a key and why don't they leave it with another attendant when it's time to go on break I did the same thing also ringing the bell every second I could lol the nearest other Walmart was 1 hr away yeh ima sit and wait too it seems to happen every time I need paint as well the workers will say they are getting help and they aren't they will walk by and ignore you when ur asking for help if I could punch ur faces I would

This Walmart is the worst Walmart. Supposedly, they have no new rules now that you cannot bring back something without your receipt and without the card that you purchased it with. Which it does not say on the receipt what card I purchased it with and I still need to bring this TV mount back.

Terrible terrible customer service! Some people really need to look into finding other jobs. I stopped by this location today to grab a few items. I went to the pharmacy and encountered Carmencita who was very sweet and gave great Customer Service! Then I headed to buy some medicine ( which now if you don't know that you need to bring an ID in order to purchase any cough medicine /NyQuil TheraFlu because they checked your ID for whatever reason) so after that, I headed to the jewelry because I wanted to purchase a ring. I encountered an old Hispanic lady. She was putting up baby stuff right next to the jewelry. So I asked her is there anyway you could help me grab a ring out that I want to purchase? She told me no she didn't work in that area so then I told her OK I guess you can't call anybody to come and assist me. So then I walked away, and she told me to go to the fitting rooms . So by the shoes area, I see another lady working I asked her also. Hey, could she help me? She tells me no that's not her area. And I told her well you're the second person I've asked and it's getting frustrating that I can't find anybody who works here that can assist me. So then she walks me over to the other side of the fitting room. We run into an older lady and a younger girl. She then tells them I need a ring. The older lady made a smart comment. Something along the lines of complaining about going to get. And I told her just how you're complaining to help me. That's how I feel about that nobody can help and there's so many people that work here. So then the younger girl walks over with me. And also the shoe girl walks over with me I'm assuming she's new. So the younger girl tells her what to do and also to walk with me to the registers to purchase the ring. The young girl who helped me I thanked her right away because finally, I found somebody nice and was actually willing to work. Didn't think it would be hard to purchase something or bother everybody when these are the jobs they applied for. Why work with people/ customer service if you do not want to help? So then we get to the register in the front, and Cierra I think was her name checks me out. The other other shoe girl who was like middle eastern I think stays with me until I finish the purchase. Just wanted to comment that Cierra was super sweet, professional, and amazing customer service! I just wanted this to be in and out and didn't know it would take me so long just to purchase some medicine and to grab a ring because the employees don't want to work. Thank you carmencita , Cierra , and I wish I would've checked the other girls badge she was a younger girl maybe Hispanic and she was the one who had the keys to open the rings for me She was also super nice and Customer Service .I know it's wal mart and people expect to encounter crappy customer service or are just used to it, but it's freaking ridiculous how long it took me to get what I needed because nobody wants to work.

The Walmart Money Center inside this location has repeatedly discriminated against young Hispanic males, and Middle Eastern (Lebanese) & black males by refusing to allow them to conduct business, Walmart's website reads: To process your payment in-store, have the following information on hand:" * Company name * Account number * Amount you want to pay * Cash or a debit card Notice that having a valid government ID is NOT a requirement to pay a bill, however on at least two separate occasions my younger brother and husband were prevented from doing just that without a valid ID. On June 15, 2003, between 4:00-5:00 PM my younger brother (Hispanic male) went to the Money Center located inside this location. After providing the required information he was asked to provide a valid ID in order to pay the bill. Subsequently, he was not permitted to complete the transaction. The following day on June 16, 2023, between 4:00-5:00 PM at the same location my younger brother went to the same Money Center to attempt to purchase a money order for $945, less than the $1000 limit that would require a valid government ID. The female employees refused to allow him to complete the transaction. Walmart's website' reads: You can purchase Money Orders from any Walmart Supercenter or Neighborhood Market at the Customer Service Desk or Money Services Center. You'll need: * Payment for amount of the money order & the money order fee * $1 max fee, exact fees vary by location * You can pay with cash or a debit card For purchases over $1,000 a valid government-issued photo ID is required. My sister went to the same location about an hour later to purchase a money order for $945. She was NOT asked for an ID to complete the transaction. This validates my claim that an ID was not required to purchase the money order under $1000 as stated previously. It is noteworthy to mention that my younger brother has Tourette Syndrome, a disorder which causes his face to twitch and affects his movement. Tourette Syndrome is a disability covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act. The female employees discriminated against him for being a young Hispanic Male with Tourette Syndrome by treating him unfairly because of his age, race and disability therefore depriving him of the right to conduct business at an establishment open to the public the same as a white person. Additionally, my sister went back to the same Money Center at the same location on July 10th, July 17th, & August 10th to pay the same bill for rent without ever being asked for an ID. They simply scanned the barcode on the payslip provided, accepted payment and provided a receipt. Again, this proves that an ID is NOT required to pay a bill. Today, September 8, 2023, at the same location between 7:00-8:00 PM, my husband a mixed Middle Eastern (Lebanese) and black male was refused the ability to pay the same bill for rent after providing the required information. The employee requested his ID, and he objected by advising them that his ID should not be required to pay a bill. My husband requested to speak with a supervisor. A young male of 20-years old named Jarek Parker came to the counter, he had nothing on his work badge or uniform indicating he was decision-making authority at that establishment and confirmed that my husband would not be allowed to pay the bill due to policy. My husband was clearly a victim of discrimination against his race & nationality. Clearly, the employees at this Money Center are racist and allowed to discriminate against customers by stating false policy as the reason. Walmart should be ashamed of themselves for allowing these specific to willfully and maliciously pick and choose who can conduct business, pay their bills, or pay their rent at this location. These employees are improperly using the policy to willfully and maliciously impose their will to discriminate against specific customers. It's a disgusting, and egregious abuse and misuse of policy to prevent a certain demographic from being able to conduct business the same w

STAY AWAY FROMTHIS BAKERY!! I custom order 2 different cakes a few months apart. BOTH were supposed to be Marble cake. The first time, I got to the birthday party and it was vanilla and the birthday boy was upset. I told the manager and he was very dismissive and rude saying “Well you should have brought the cake back in the moment.” WHAT?! Stop the party to take an incorrect cake back?! ?Months later I decide to try again because this location is just so convenient. THIS TIME IS FOR A FUNERAL! The father of the deceased chose the flavor. And AGAIN just gave me vanilla and had a nasty attitude when I tried to take the cake back to return it. Refusing to take responsibility. Treating me like I was trying to somehow scam walmart! THEY are the scammers. Just don’t bother. Kroger and H‑E‑B have better quality cakes anyway.

We bought chicken and it had a awful smell to it, when we went to return or exchange the manager Benjamin (white with glasses) from returns/exchanges department at the 3450 FM 1960 location had terrible customer service for a manager. We showed the receipt on our phone since we bought the food online and picked it up from that store and said the item did not match. And said he could not return my money or exchange the chicken he said he could not help me and walked away. We were pretty much yelling back n forth, I wasn't going to waste my money and leave with the spoiled chicken that I bought from that store finally he told Ang which was the other associate to see if it can be exchanged with my ID. This is poor customer service specially for a department that is supposed to help its customers when there was an error in the transaction coming from that store. We had a receipt, the spoiled item, the card that paid for the item, an ID and the service was terrible.

If you have a pickup order at 1960...schedule it somewhere else. Jax and Toby have gotta be the laziest and most disrespectful children who work at this location. Over the course of the last two days, these two children have been at the forefront of all of the issues at pick up. I waited yesterday for 45 minutes only to be cancelled at this location. Jax acted like he didn't have an education passed the first grade when I said something about my order being cancelled. Tonight, I saw Jax immediately as I am walking passed the pick up. He completely ignored me and did not acknowledge me at all. He does this every day. Another child came into the pick up area. Completely ignored me. I said something to him and he said he couldn't help me because he didn't have a hand held. I asked that he send someone else over. He lied and never sent anyone over. I later saw him in the pick up outside. He couldn't look at me in the face because he lied. I stood there for over an hour. I went to customer service twice to page pickup. Then an employee said we needed to go outside to pick up. I told her I pick up from there everyday and I wanted to talk to a manager. He gave the excuse of well if I saw you standing there I would have told you it was outside now. You did know bc I went to customer service twice. As soon as I walk away from the conversation with the manager, his little sidekick started laughing about what transpired. I go outside to be told to come back inside. Over the course of two hours, I find out my order was given to someone else. I have seen Jax wondering aimlessly throughout the store...not doing his job. He is more concerned with his the way his long hair under his ball cap looks like than actually working. Like I said..you are going to be dealing with all CHILDREN when going to this location. This includes the manager with gauges in his ears. Complete and total joke over there.

First things first I thought Walmart was about customer service. I haven't been to a walmart in a long time and now I remember why. I just waited for almost 2 hours on a Wednesday morning for a battery change at the auto place. The service started okay, but as the wait got longer they were falling a part. I got nothing done with me sitting there for almost 2 hours and the problem on my car is still going. Just try and go cheaper by going to Walmart abs save your time and attitude and just go somewhere else. This will be my final time ever coming to this location. Hopefully they build a new Walmart somewhere because that's the only way I'll ever go back.

Went in yesterday and placed the order, was told it would be ready by 10 today and filled out the form. Got there today and was told they didnt have my order, and all the workers immediately walked off. I continued to wait as they tried to ignore me. Eventually they came back, looked through the orders and miraculously found our form, but complained that "theres no date on here thats what happened" Me: "the date is right there, for today at 10 am". Eventually got the cake after waiting 30 more minutes but dont expect your cake to be ready when you need it.

Worst WalMart I've ever been to. After suffering a shattered leg in a car accident, I still use a mobility scooter at larger stores. I went and sat in one and couldn't get it to move. Then I went and sat on the next one, and nope, not working. I was there for over 5 minutes trying to figure it out when I notified there was an employee- Anthony- standing there at the entrance on his phone. I asked him if either of the carts worked to which he responded 'no,' without even looking up at me. I asked him why he didn't tell me instead of watching me try and figure it out for several minutes and he said 'why don't you mind your own business?' I was so upset. And it took me 3 employees to finally get me to a Manager because no one wanted to deal with it. The Manager was fine. But I am never returning AND I have never seen such a large group of staff being so rude with a "that's not my job" mentality. Corporate should come down and restart with this location.
