Horrible experience. Got there at 1:30 said it would be 30-60 mins waited 60 mins since we did not receive a text. Went and asked if it was ready said not until 3:00. at 3pm went back and asked and said 3:30. This is a joke this is peoples time that you are wasting. I had to get out from work to come get my prescription if I would of known it would take this long I would of just went back to work I get it being busy but be respectful of people time and if you think it’s gonna be longer say that from the beginning. I would of had no problem leaving to work and coming back once I was out but because they said in 30 mins to an hour I waited. There was another man with the same problem they kept telling him same thing 30 more mins. As soon as I said I wanted to make a complaint they had my prescription ready in 5 mins. Woww see how you can do it and get it done?

Prescription pick up is a joke since the lady said, "oh well we'd have to go out to get your card, then come mix your infant's medicine, then take it out to you again! That's alot of back and forth!" So my husband had to go inside still?♀️ This was at 6:40p on 3/4/21 LAZZZYYYYYY Worker!!!

I don't have any issues with picking up my medications They are real quick in bringing them out and their line goes quickly They have always been really helpful . Thank You Walmart Pharmacy For Being So Helpful To Me .

One star because zero stars is not alowed. Worst customer service any where. Put you on hold until you just give up and hang up. Not friendly, lousy customer service, slow as a snail.

Custumer service is horrible in this pharmacy they don’t want to help and they answer so rude. They show no patient care what so ever. Worst experience ever do NOT recommend at all. If you want to be treated nice do NOT come here!

We have shopped this Walmart ever since it opened... My husband and I shopped here two evenings ago... He left his basket at the end of an aisle just to walk down the aisle and pick up one item. When he went back to his basket, it was gone. After searching the store for over 10 minutes, He went to the customer service center where the basket was basket was already being restocked. We had been in the store for 45 minutes shopping and this was very upsetting. The manager... Clarence... Told him that that was store policy. This is never happened to either one of us.lThere were about 10 more baskets lined up at the front of the store... mad people!

Today I went to go get a oil change at this Walmart since they have an auto center. I've gone to many places for my oil change but I decided to give them a chance. At the time I had to get a new cabin filter and air filter installed. I waited for an hour which is longer than some places I go to, but I did not mind. Plus, it was cheaper. After they finished they were suppose to inform me when it was ready but I watched them pull my car out and wait over 30 minutes till I had to get up and ask if it was ready and it was! That's not the big issue. My issue is when I got to my car they had taken everything out of my glove compartment and put it on my passenger side floor! My car is messy yes but you do not put my sensitive documents on the floor including a spare wallet I had out in the open. I went back to ask who did my car and this African American man with dreads came over and told he had serviced my car. I asked him why was my stuff on the floor and not placed back? He told me it was a lot of mess and he had to take it out to fix the cabin filter. (Which is fine cause I knew they had to proceed like that) Then he further explained that it was my fault I had all this trash in my glove compartment and he didn't know it was trash or not. Anyone can see some of the stuff wasn't trash, but his attitude was not needed and he just walked off like I was the stupid messy hoarder. This is not right and I even inform the manager and he agreed with me but it didn't sit well with me. I work like everyone else in customer service and treat everyone the same no matter who they are, but the way I was treated and talked to didn't make sense. This was my first time at Walmart auto center and this will be my last.

Never enough staff it takes at least 40 minutes to an hour to get through the line Hey never have enough people to check out and they need to hire more people they don't need to worry about budget cuts they need to worry about the customers

Very slow service no disabled line 10 workers only one giving out meds slow 30 minutes or long line will look up good rx coupons and exsept single care card dicount on med beat med rx and other sight coupon price but almost didn't get didn't apply right so medcaid pay for cost me $1733. 60 cout Pantoprazole sodium reg$136 before med rx coupon ask for dicountl single care card even larger discount and generic save more even over good rx card at walmart get ready wate in long line's ps Kroger or Walgreens and some cvs won't look up

Customer service is so bad the ladies on drop off don't care about customers cupons and the lady on pick up medecines same thing they are my worst customer service I ever experienced.
