If I could give this place a zero I would!! Very rude staff they also give the wrong store number when asked for it. They have absolutely no care for sick children. When calling was placed on hold 4 times and hung up on. Pathetic service

Jennifer, African Pharmacy tech Very rude and dismissive. I tried calling to order wegovy for my patient. She argued with me on the phone, telling me the medication was on backorder. Wegovy is no longer on backorder and need to be ordered. If she stops to listen it would make her job easier and mine as well.

Whoever is the woman answering the phone is really rude, I told her I was waiting for 20 minutes on hold and she raises her voice and says they are busy, I understand being busy but there is no reason for her to raise her voice. And when she did answer she kept putting me on hold after every sentence and hung up without even letting me talk.

Yadira Layton, was very hostile and rude to me yesterday for no apparent reason! I can't believe this woman is a team lead. It is no wonder the service is so poor at the registers when you have a leader who can't lead. Walmart should NOT have put her in that position l, not only was she hostile to customers, but was borderline rude to her staff, and very loud as if she were on the streets! Extremely ghetto.... The store associates were acting worse than some of the customers. The young man at self check out told me he couldn't adjust my price on an item without approval so he calls this woman over and she was just down right bitter and ugly from the start. I was horrified with her behaviors. I understand being stressed as I'm a health care provider but she was so unnecessarily off putting and no one would let me speak to another person above her; one associate in customer service even told me they didn't know who that was or the names of the store manager or co-manager. Yadira loud talked me in front of other customers to other associates causing customers to openly stare at me, just causing a ghetto scene and still I remained quiet and poised absorbing these behaviors. I've called the store to speak with Dale or Theodore, the store and co-manager names I finally received from another associate but no one is answering the phones(no surprise). The store is poorly ran, the associates are purposely unhelpful, walking around on their cellphones with AirPods in. I work not too far from there so I sometimes come in and have witnessed and experience some very unprofessional behaviors but often I don't have to interact with the associates, I get my things and go , but my GOD! I've never been treated so horribly in a store where I'm spending my hard earned money to be treated this way, especially by someone in that role. It's sad really, (Yadi) as they called her, has some real internal issues to work out. I hope she seeks counseling one day. I'm emailing corporate and will try again to speak with one of the managers later.. this is unacceptable and I'm not letting it go. It deserves 0 stars!

Worst service... this Walmart does not care for anyone and never answer their phones for over an hour or just keep you on hold for over 20 minutes til you hang up. Asked for help looking for something and the person was just talking laughing and goofing around and saw me and said no they have none when they didn't even go check. This place is the worst I don't know how they are still open.

Horrible service!!! I only gave 1 star so that I can get to leave my feedback in all actuality the service is zero!! If you set up for for delivery you will not get your items that day and maybe not the next day. The managers makes excuses for the lack of customer service. I don't know how this Walmart can even survive because they've not proven themselves worthy of being a neighborhood Walmart. If you can go to another Walmart please do because if you have to use this one, be prepared to be dissatisfied and disappointed all around. Shame on you Walmart, constantly saying what others stores don't provide but I can definitely tell you one thing your competitors will follow through on their service. The fact that this is a paid membership is redundant!

Today I found out my beloved 11 year old boxer dog has a brain tumor. So the doctor prescribed a medication that would help to control the seizures she's been having. I rushed to Walmart, only to realize I'd rushed to the wrong one. Cedric, thank you for pausing and stepping in to assist me. Thank you for listening. Thank you for going well beyond what you do. You listened, you didn't brush off my concerns, and your professional demeanor was reassuring.

The Auto center is the Worst, aome time. They open because there is only one employee, I had problems with a battery that I just bought and is already draining, go there to get tested and of course bith of their testers are not working, Mangager sucks.

No matter what time you come in you'll never find an employee around the store. When you push those buttons to get an employee to meet you to open up a locked product, expect to wait 30+ minutes. They never have enough registers open. They typically have 2. 3 if you're lucky, otherwise it's only self checkout. Which is a huge inconvenience. It's damn near impossible to find a shopping cart as well. They're NEVER inside the store. EVER. They need to hire more people and be more customer service forward.
