According to this Walmart Dunvale, Houston Tx. 77063 closes at 11:00 pm I arrive at 10:35 pm and the police/security says it is closed 🤦 how sad that they don't want to work and that this store is going from bad to worse, apart from the fact that many employees work in this store with poor service, unprofessional, and unfortunately it is the store that is closest to where I live :'(

Came here on March 28th at 6:20pm went to electronic department to purchase 2 pairs of iPhone headphones and while waiting for the cashier to get to the case and unlock it I seen a new iPhone charger brand siting out on display that was marked down to $5. My sister was with me so I picked the charger up and said her name and held it in the air to let her know it was on sale and it was a cute design…While doing that a very RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, HATEFUL, EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE Worker that goes by the name GALE comes up to me immediately and says if you need anything unlocked I can do that for you but you need to give me those chargers because everything in the electronics department has to be paid for here I never even walked away from the display of the chargers in any direction!! I said mam I’m just showing my sister to see if she wants to buy one and she said you won’t be getting NOTHING FOR FREE TODAY!!! I am a Professional Sous Chef and a Massage therapist for over 10 years now! In the buggy I had $100 worth of items to purchase!! Not sure why I would be interested in throwing my life away for a $5 charger with over $100 worth of items to purchase!! Not even counting the 2 pairs of iPhone headphones I was waiting to get out of the lock box!!! She repeatedly PROFILED ME AND TREATED ME VERY HOSTILE! THIS WOMAN IS EXTREMELY RACIST!!!!!!!!!!! Kept saying to me over and over I wasn’t getting nothing for FREE today!!! I have only ever been in this store this is my 2nd time ever! I did NOT deserve to be racially profiled and treated like a thief for absolutely NO reason at all! I went to the front of the store to customer service to speak to the manager, and as soon as I got up there, they knew immediately who I was talking about because apparently she is a huge problem in this store!!! When she found out, I was going to the front to get the main manager. She decided to take her lunch break!! About four different employees that work here are absolutely fed up with her and her behavior because this is apparently an every day thing with her!! She is belligerent, disrespectful condescending and I could really go on and on!! I absolutely want to be contacted about this issue IMMEDIATELY!!! I did NOT deserve the treatment she gave me!!! She constantly kept laughing and cussing and slurring remarks at me saying things like your not getting nothing for free, your not taking anything from this store!!!!

This Walmart location was by far the worst I’ve ever been to. The store smelled terrible and was in poor condition. More importantly, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I experienced clear discrimination and harassment, which made me feel deeply uncomfortable and unsafe. No one should be treated this way. This behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

Great experience getting my car oil changed, while grocery shopping and window shopping at the hardware side of the store. The oil change price is competitive and the boring sitting around while waiting in a bearly confortable room with little to no cofee. These days are behind me now, I strongly recommend getting your oil change a this Walmart Supercenter. Enjoy!!!
