Rehan the pickup 'manager' is rude and annoying. Don't treat your regular customers rudely. Be polite.The pharmacy here is also the worst. Heb and the other Walmarts get it. This one, always wong somehow and overpriced. They usually either don't even have it or it'll be expensive compared to everywhere else.

I was sold a USED air mattress on 9/11/2024. It possibly was a online reutn that was clearance out in the store. The customer service representative who accepted the return failed to inspection the merchandise before putting it on the sales floor. I had no intention on immediately using it as it was initially purchased for use on a organizational camping trip. My family was opening it for the first time last night to use during the severe snow storm only to discover. It had a strong smell.of cigarettes, mold stains and various other stains on it. All because I didn't open it within 90 days they are refusing to refund me my money. It wasn't my duty to I spect this item before being placed on the sales floor. As unfortunate as it is I'm now left with this disgusting, unhygienic trash and out of $45 dollars!!!! Shame on you Wal-Mart.

Worst Walmart EVER for delivery always missing, broken items, or delayed delivery. Do not get anything delivered from this Walmart they are horrible. Taking advantage of those that are without a vehicle.

When we used their pharmacy they said it would take 20-30mins if we stayed or an hour if we left. We decided to leave and come back. We came back three hours later and they hadn’t completed our pharmacy order and told us we had to wait another 10-20mins.....
Edit: since I’ve also had to wait a really long time at the pharmacy despite short lines. And that was after I came inside after they ignored me sitting in the drive through for 10 minutes.
This second major inconvenience has lowered my three stars to one.
