Everything is locked up. If you’re going to lock it up have prompt service!!!… I pushed the buttoned waited no once came. When I did see an employee I asked for help she said she wasn’t working and turned the light off. During this time I called the number for assistance and it went to voicemail. I did all this for allergy medicine walking out with nothing

I was just at the store. I left my bag behind accidentally. I called as soon as I arrived home and noticed the items missing. Nobody was answering so at that point I go back to the store. They reviewed the camaras and saw that I did leave my bag behind. A customer took my items. So they cannot refund me my money. Like what I've never had that issue anywhere. I should of been able to get a refund ?

I needed to grab a few items nearby, so I popped into this Walmart.
For a Walmart, this store is pretty clean and stocked up. I was able to grab some chips and snacks for the road.
I also noticed their grocery area was pretty fresh and organized.

I spend like 45 minutes picking up clothes, when I went to the fitting room, one worker told me that the reason it was closed was because they were short on personal, I talk to managers, and they lie to me saying that they lost the keys… lol ( come on!, seriously?) I offer to give them my id, and count all the clothes, but please open the fitting room, they keep the same lie. Their solution was to buy everything and return what I don’t like, very bad customer service in this place, don’t go if you are like me and like to try your clothes before you buy them.
