Poor customer service with lack of patience at closing. Was not allowed to complete a $130 purchase due to a fraud alert resolution with my bank. The cashier James was great. His supervisors (a youngish man and woman) were uncompromising to my situation. It’s was just past closing and was talking to my bank about some fraud activity and trying to get this transaction cleared. While on the phone, the male supervisor interrupted and demanded I pay with cash or leave the store. I said that a few more minutes with my bank clearing the issue is needed. The female supervisor cued in nastily and said, “oh no, we are now closed and you need leave.“ as she wagged her finger. I walked out shocked by the exchange. These managers are so ‘smart’ that they’s rather an employee put back a cart full of product costing them more than show proper customer care. Slighting a sale despite its inconvenience that’s beyond customer control is something I wouldn’t do and expect the same. But it’s Walmart. Why should they care? I’ve dropped plenty of coin at this location over the years. However, I won’t be back. Y’all’s failure is another’s gain. Walmart, you’re not too big to fail; so, get it together or you’ll end up like Kmart or Sears.

Walmart has certain products locked behind glass, which makes it a little more annoying to shop. Other than that, the store seems well stocked.
