I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Deobra and Nancy for their incredible help. They were both extremely patient, helpful, and kind while helping me set up my Walmart app. I’m not the most tech savvy person, but they made the process smooth and stress free.

Worst retail experience, ever.
I usually order using their app and pickup. One of my items was a Kellogg cereal box. It wasn’t there when I picked up my order, they said they’ll deliver it. I thought they didn’t have it in stock, they’ll bring it from another store.
I received it a few days later with a $9.99 shipping charge, for a box of cereal for God sake’s.
I went to the store to pick up another order at 8:00PM, went first inside the store to ask for a $10 shipping refund, the kids that were running the store said that customer service is closed and I need to call their 1800 number for assistance, and that they can’t help me. I did while I was inside, that 1800 number was somewhere in India, she said only the store can issue that refund.
That kid/girl in charge refused to talk to the and refused to help. I picked up my last order, then deleted the Walmart app. I’ll never buy anything from them again.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at your store with an employee named Jefferson at the self-checkout area. When I encountered an issue, Jefferson responded with an unkind and dismissive attitude, seeming annoyed by my request for help. His curt tone made me feel like a nuisance rather than a valued customer. Self-checkout can be challenging, and staff are there to help, but Jefferson’s approach was far from helpful, adding stress to my shopping experience. I urge management to address this issue and ensure proper customer service training for employees, especially those at self-checkout.

3 months later: less lines and everything is locked in cages. Wow, can I get someone on aisle 3 to unlock the toothbrushes ?

6 months later: More lines open and new smiling faces. Only a 2 minute wait. Thank you!
6 scan and go's open, 1 register. Make it make sense. I don't get off from work to work in a market. It was annoying, but I waited 15 minutes. Hire more people and pay them to stay.

This location is probably one of the worst Walmart I've been to. This location always looks like they are closing due to the empty shelves throughout the whole store.
