I ordered ground turkey and a turkey tenderloin to be delivered. The meat arrived in an ordinary plastic bag no cool pack or anything. The items were dropped at the door and the driver did not knock or ring the door bell to alert me items arrived. Plus I have no idea how long ago the items were removed from refrigeration. The meat was around temperature was about 60 degrees when I got it. Well past the unsafe temperature. This is just unacceptable and unbelievable. I guess Walmart is looking to get sued by making people sick.

As a spark driver I went in to get a curbside order and as the black associate came out he disrespected me and claimed I parked so far, he then proceeds to tell me that I’m not allowed to have a passenger with me. This is no where to be found in Walmart policy and I will be reporting this manner to corporate! Walmart needs to hire qualified employees and not some lazy and rude people.

This store is terribly mismanaged. It's bad enough to have to check yourself out but to wait in line for fifteen minutes to be able to do it is ridiculous. They had half of the self serve registers closed because they didnt have 2 people to monitor them.
Please get your heads out Walmart. I don't think I'll be going back to Walmart.
They used to have the best prices but not anymore.

I felt like I was a presumed criminal the way the loss prevention harassed me. My anxiety was so high n irritated that I forgot everything I needed to buy and I travel for work so shopping is very limited

Well shopping experience was ok Jeff the manager handled our issue like a charm but the big door guy with his black earbud In his ear I guess he doesn't speak I had an issue with him understanding that the manager told me just to put it in my bag cause they were iny open box I bought yesterday. Even showed him my receipt and he just looked at me so we just walked off . Today the big door guy just smiled at us he didn't even ask for receipt
