We had a great experience with Waterloo surveyors! They are quick to respond, and you actually get to speak with someone which is a huge win for me. They were able to complete our survey quickly and have been super responsive on all emails and answering any questions we have had. Everyone is very professional and kind, I just can’t say enough about them. I appreciate all you did for us and will recommend your company to anyone needing a survey. I contacted them to survey 2 lots I had recently purchased. They went to survey property and partially added rods until full payment was done. I made payment and I received the survey. The survey and where I knew where the property lines are at were not correct. I had to insist in him looking into it and sending him pictures of the property for him to correct the survey. Mr. Sullivan said he would have that in the field track to be scheduled for setting up the remainder of the rods and he would let me know when they would go to my property and review in detail to clear everything up. The rods were not added correctly and he never did contact me to meet up and discuss. I have been trying to reach him and he is just not responding anymore.Bad communication from Steven. Do not recommend.

We had a great experience working with Waterloo Surveyors. I work for a title company and work with a ton of surveyors and I'm impressed by Waterloo's quick responses and thorough work. We received the survey back in a timely manner and the staff is super friendly. I would definitely recommend using them for your survey needs. I requested multiple survey quotes and Waterloo was the only surveyors who met me with a timely response which is crucial when you are trying to close a property on a deadline. 10/10

ABSOLUTE best of the best! I've used other surveyors, and Mr. Sullivan is the fastest and most dependable. He is error free and terrific "conversationalist" too! He has done several ptoperties for me, and he has NO competition. The local companies are about 2 months out. However, Mr. Sullivan is there immediately! He's a real "go getter" and very motivated. In short, I've used several other surveyors, and he stands out as a "jedi knight" in the mapping and surveying industry. Look folks, when it comes to my money,I want the BEST. That's just me. That's also Mr. Sullivan!
