Artemis is so helpful and patient with everyone, great customer service! He keeps the place clean, he helps people out no matter how ridiculous the question. Plus the machines are easy to use and so clean on the inside. Most of the laundry places in the area are so horrible that their machines make your clean laundry smell like mildew after a wash, so I love this spot! Also the dryers work amazingly.

Shauna who works at WaveMax at the 2611 location is the definition of a great employee. She was really nice and informed me of the rewards card. I honestly enjoy coming to WaveMax because it’s always clean, peaceful, and it’s a tap to pay service. Plus they have a vending machine and they sale laundry detergent if you need any.

Shauna was very helpful. It was my first time at WaveMax and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility including the restrooms. Shauna walked me through acquiring the card and loading it with money since non of the machines take actual cash or coins. I will definitely be returning here. Thank you Shauna!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at WaveMAX Laundry! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and genuine smiles, which instantly made me feel comfortable. Misha was incredibly attentive, patient, and helpful—she took the time to explain how everything works so I never felt lost or unsure of where to start. The entire process was smooth and stress-free.
The washers and dryers were top-notch: super clean, fast, and efficient. My clothes came out smelling fresh and looking great, which honestly exceeded my expectations. The facility itself was spotless and well organized, making the whole experience even better.
Overall, this was hands down one of the best laundromat experiences I’ve ever had. Excellent customer service, amazing machines, and a welcoming environment. I highly recommend WaveMAX Laundry to anyone looking for a clean, fast, and friendly place to do their laundry!
