This company has done a lot for being able to speed up the process. But typical company, they refused to show the review i put on their website .when they finally put the suppressor review on there that model was discontinued and then they removed the review! The review wasn't just about the suppressor itself. It was about how worthless the company that's sold It was griffin armament . They are a joke of a company and silencer Shop was hiding negative reviews for them !

Superb customer service during and after sale! Justin and Waymore made the buying process easy. Support after purchase was top notch on a warranty claim with a manufacturer. Justin went out of his way to personally help with the claim. I won’t be going anywhere else!

Justin is the best. Every time I stop by he is friendly and always helps me. When I had a difficult time finding a hub adapter for the AAC Ranger 5 he went above and beyond FaceTiming a gunsmith to get me an adapter that fit. Justin is knowledgeable and I always enjoy stopping by. I still need to buy that Thunder Beast though :D. The Dead Air Ghost he sold me is fantastic as well. He always calls same day when ATF approves and it’s an easy process to pick it up. Bill always buy again so long as Justin is at Waymore Silencers.

Called to check on a part that was ordered a year ago and was treated rudely and told they were too busy to help me. Called back three additional times and was treated the same way. I decided to drive an hour to the shop and initially wasn’t treated any better. When they realized that my product was ready their attitude changed and were all of a sudden cordial. Unless they treat other customers better than this I don’t see how they can stay in business other than the fact they have hard to get products with decent prices. If you want to be treated like a human being and expect some kind of after the sale support there are probably better places to spend your money. At the end of the day, I walked out of the store with the product I was calling about and I am happy with that. Solid products at competitive prices but be prepared to deal with attitude at some point before having product in hand.

Excellent help and good selection available! Everyone was friendly and made the whole process simple. Glad I was able to find a shop locally that can do all the paper work and fingerprinting digitally, makes the process a lot faster than having to mail everything in myself. Now I just have to wait for everything to be approved.

Called recently and it's obvious these cats get overwhelmed when dealing with more than one person. Have a hard time figuring out what benefit/services they offer. A place down south has the same atf machine and has better hours. Not new to the rodeoFollow up. Showed up at 12 to see what they had in stock. They didn't unlock the door till 1240 (some of us have lunch 12-1).I axed about a can I was interested in. Dude started ragging really hard on the brand. Then he said we don't carry that junk. (Really BRUA??? IT'S ON YOUR WEBSITE)2ND they won't do the Banish BOGO PROMO . THIS PLACE I WON'T RETURN TO.
