The owners are very nice and sweet people, quick to respond and very polite, very understanding too, the party of my daughter was a dream come true 💕
I love the chandeliers they make such an elegant view.

Only two things went not so great that is the projector didn't work properly so I couldn't play the USB 😞so family couldn't watch my daughter's baby pictures
and they didn't let the dj put the sparkles that I wanted.
But other than that 💯 % recommended 👍

We celebrated our daughters quince 9/7/2024 we had the most amazing business experience. I highly recommend Arellano Palace for your future events. The owner and staff are the most professional, nice, and courteous people. Book your event you will love the amazing packages they have to offer as well.

Horrible service, Onwer and son rude as hell, son was trying to pick a fight with us. Also when you get to the door they search everybody even 12 year olds and if you take a stroller they search it. I don't recommend this place and the whole time was hot didn't turn more the a/c so it could get colder. Not worth your money.
