Had a difficult time depositing T-Bonds. Wil was quick and professional, took less than 5 minutes. I'm really appreciative of him and this branch.

I thought that I had been the only person who received bad treatment from Víctor Cisneros but I see that is not the case, a person with little interest in people, rude, discriminatory treatment, truly an unpleasant human being.

The service is very slow and they lack staff at checkouts.

Excellent service, the bank staff is very friendly and all the procedures are very fast. I always feel very comfortable when I have to do paperwork and although currently this branch is not so close to my house, I always prefer to visit them. Thank you very much for all the help.

Apparently this is a common spot for vehicle break-ins. I was inside for no longer than 15 minutes and my car was targeted. They have cameras but everyone from management to the police said it's an ordeal for anyone to even access the footage. Staff was friendly, helpful, etc., But I can't recommend anyplace which has weekly break-ins (according to staff). Perhaps if they worked out something to facilitate the release of footage for criminals actively scouting their building and targeting their customers, I could bump this up to a 3-star review. Wells Fargo has the means to do better, and they should. In the meantime, know that you're being watched in that lot by criminals.

Had never used this WF facility before. Went to make a deposit. First time visitors might be a little confused by the parking and entrance location, but will appreciate it on rainy days. Was pleasantly greeted when I walked in, person offered to teach me how to deposit checks by app rather than having to make a trip, but I was in a hurry and only one person in line ahead of me, with 3 tellers in operation, so I declined the kind offer. Got to a teller in a couple of minutes who quickly and politely took care of my deposit.PS: I originally thought they had a drive through, but that is only for ATMs.

This review is specifically for Jordan who is an exceptionally helpful and professional banker. She’s a shining star at Wells Fargo!

Don't visit this location. Worse than what you'd expect from a bank wait. Tellers were very nonchalant about getting through the long line and the parking lot is horrible.

Only one teller. Four people were talking. All I needed was a roll of quarters. Ms. Ryan was working hard to assist her customers, but a well dressed man and lady were a little bit over from her talking. On the left was a well dressed man and woman talking. This was my favorite location. Not anymore. I told Ryan they should be talking in the back where no one can see them. Really zero stars today. o

The wait time here to speak to an agent is insane. If you’re planning to come to this location be prepared to wait majority of your day, if you come close to closing time you won’t be serviced. Setting an appt wasn’t an option as the next available one was 2 weeks away…

Beyond disappointed with this bank’s Wait Time. 3 others including Myself, left without getting service because it took 25+minutes. Ive been coming here once a month or so (not during most know pay days) and it is always a long wait time! The main reason is because they only have one Bank Teller. they need to improve on at least having two open. Every other Wells Fargo I go to usually has me in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Two months ago I set up an appointment to meet with a banker to remove a joint owner who lives 80 miles outside of Houston. I got a phone call, but I could not answer it in time. A banker (Abby or Amy, I think) from this location left me a message telling me to call her back to confirm my appointment and that was it. You will see why this detail matters later. I decided to call back, but a man answered the phone. When I explained that I was trying to return her call, he just said she was not in the branch at the moment and nonchalantly said he would tell her.The next day I arrived by myself and sat down with the banker, only for her to tell me that she needed the joint owner to be present as well to remove her from my accounts. I explained that it was very hard since she lives so far away. She then said she called me to remind me bring the joint owner with me and why I didn't call back. I explained that I did call back, but left a message with another man in the branch. She lied about bringing the joint owner with me. If it was that important, she would have tried to call or e-mail me or at least mentioned it in the voice mail. After the sales scandal, past treatment of their employees, puny rates on savings, and finding later from another banker that my joint owner was now suddenly a POD instead of a joint owner in one of my accounts that I am finally done with Wells Fargo.Farewell, Wells!

Always a pleasant experience going here, very clean location with professional staff.Edgar Hernandez took time out of his day to help me while I was traveling to figure out how to use my card internationally. The bank manager (drawing a blank on her name) is always glad to help when the other bank associates are busy.Heather (think that's her name) is my family's preferred associate and she helped us through several issues and is basically family to us. She my brother and I open our very first accounts here.

Fazley Rashid “senior banker” at this location has zero common sense. I recommend visit another branch or at least another banker.
