Why are they even having this place open . No one in the line and I had an appointment and still they couldn't serve and I have been banking with them for 2 decades they wouldn't notarize my account and gave me some bs . Got it notarized in next 2 mins from Regions few streets down They lost my business forever , moving all my accounts , no business from me henceforth

I appreciate that we have a WF location in the Heights - ATM is available outside and your normal banking kiosks and tellers available inside. Only comment is to be careful at the outdoor ATM as it is connected to the WF building but right on the 20th Street sidewalk, so could have some lingering passerbys - protect that PIN and wallet!

Understaffed and inefficient. This is the 3rd time in the past 5 weeks it has taken more than 20 mins to deposit in drive thru with NO CARS ahead of me. My deposits are too big for the app so I have to do it this way. Ug.

if i could give them negative stars i would! i'm sharing the information i have received from a handful of victims all over social media and this review will be going all over social media as well!! ‼‼do not go here without a weapon to keep you safe!! or dont go at all!!!!! this location always has people robbing the people who bank at this location!!! it has been all over hood news and other media platforms that almost all customers who go here are followed and robbed of their money or robbed right at the location! the victims families always try and involve cops and ask for the footages but even the cops are refused to get footages of those who do the robbing!!! this bank is probably in on the robberies if they felt the need to refuse to release the footages to the police! they even get rude at the victims and their families if they call and notify them what happened! they know! they do not care! they will not help you find the robbers! they protect the robbers! stay safe! do not come to this location if you don't have a weapon to keep you safe! ‼‼

its an ashamed to call professional, the employer that they have here, the manager o whatever he is, he is not kind, I HAVE BEEN for 4 times and they never helps, even when you got an appoiment, those kind of people does not have education, I am really angry, but its ok, I HOPE YOUR CHILDREN DO NO HAVE TO BE ON MY SHOES IN A FUTURE I HOPE THEY HAVE GREATS EDUCATIONS NO LIKE YOU.

The tellers are always rude here and every time I’ve been to this branch there have been a lot of employees standing around refusing to help. I would suggest going to other branches if you need anything other than the atm.

This place has continued to decline. I understood the strict protocols during the height of the pandemic. But each time I come into this bank along with other Wells Fargo banks….I see ONE teller a line that goes to the door and 3 to 4 folks in the back office? Help me understand why they can’t get away from their desk and help customers in line? Nobody even answers the phone anymore at this location. I think it’s time to just go banking online…when their is no reason to go into a bank who can’t provide help.

I've been here before a couple times and the service is always awesome. I do want to make a special shout-out to Adriana! She was so sweet and amazing. I came in having a few questions regarding my banking accounts and withdrawing funds and she went above and beyond! Not only did she answer my questions, and help with my transactions, but she was making great conversation with me and giving me advice as I was about to make a big purchase. :) I appreciate you, Adriana!
