Terrible customer service not just this bank but all the phone lines stink, credit card deportment is terrible. If you ever have a problem they will transfer your call 5+ times then hang up on you. Garbage, work with any other bank.

Never use an American Express card in their ATMs. Two Wells Fargo branches have eaten my card, and I got it back from the 1st. Customer service has no clue and apparently there's only one person, if that, at a branch to retrieve your card. Their customer service comprises idiots of less than 100 IQ.

On the third floor at the bridge between two towers, it isn't easy to find. And it's annoying to be questioned every time I make a deposit of less than $20. Between the check and the deposit slip, they have all the information they need. If I deposited the same item by photo or by transfer from another bank they wouldn't question me at all. I go to a branch because I want a paper receipt, and I don't get that from any other procedure. Why I bank that way is my concern, not theirs.

Very hard to get to this location, It is inside the hospital on the 3rd floor, and you need to find parking in the parking garage next building. After 20 minutes I found the place, And it cost me 4$ to park here The service is very good. No line.

I work for an apartment complex and today I went in to work out a deposit discrepancy. I was greeted by a couple people when I walked in the door and was seated to wait for a specialist to help me. Shortly after I sat down another person, George, walked up to me and asked me if I was waiting for a specialist. I said yes I was. His next question was "Well, what brings you in today?" (This shocked me because clearly he was finishing up something, but took the time to stop and ask me what MORE I needed than just to see a specialist) I quickly told him my problem, and then he asked where I worked. I told him the apartment complex and he seemed to have recognized them. He said they would be with me very soon, and walked to the back to finish up what he was already doing before he greeted me. I made myself a cup of coffee and as I was walking back over he was greeting the woman who had sat next to me while he was in the back. He then told me that they were ready for me. I went into his office and he was very quick to get everything taken care of that I needed. Nothing about my visit was out of the ordinary except the customer service, and honestly customer service can take people very far. I am very loyal to places where I get great customer service and I would recommend going to see George for any banking reason. George is the branch manager and has the BEST customer service I have ever encountered at a bank!
