I been a customer here for a long time. My mom n sister went here to do a change in her account. And they had a really bad experience this lady must be the owner as she act like it and does not take care of customers inquiries. So when I was off od work I took my mom well guess what the same lady told me the same thing she did to my mom and I never had a problem before I never seen this lady before so no now I know why this location have bad reviews .

VERY BAD SERVICE especially the EMPLOYEE ERICA is an indiscreet person and not at all professional she asks personal questions that are not her concern it is not the first time she serves me and she always does the same thing I am very upset with her service that's why I withdrew all my money and I went to TRUIST BANK!!! The service there is excelente with profesional employees and they always respect the customers for now on is my favorite bank where my money is safe and secure

Worse branch I've walked into. I've been banking with wellsfargo since 2009 and this branch has different policies. The other check cashing places around are a lot better.

I ARRIVED AT THE PLACE ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEY CAN'T PROCEED BECAUSE THEY WANT THE BUSINESS DOCUMENTS PRINTED???? I wasted time, terrible service, they can't even help you print a couple of sheets!!!!!

This banks ATM is ALWAYS out of order!! Early in the morning, middle of afternoon, as well as in the evening. It makes no sense especially during business hours...

This is the closest branch to where I live and me and my wife and the family been with wells Fargo for over 25 years and we have businesses account and personal accounts with Wells Fargo but the last couple years I believe every since this manager came to this branch she been so difficult on us she trying hard to make everything thing hard today we came to open a new account there and there was no customer but one on the counter and the other bankers where doing nothingLong story short she refused to take usI could call the 800 number and make her take us (I have done it before twice with her ) but I rather to go to other branch where I find respect and wonderful customer serviceThe Other branches they was helpful they took us easily and everything thing was smooth and respectful I think Wells Fargo should take a consideration about this manager because the losing a lot customers

0 stars if I could. Any time I need bank statements they tell me to go to the library and print them out for 10 cents, if you're my bank you should offer me your services! I go to chase and they had no problem helping me with my other statements from 2022. Unprofessional, they rather have lunch and skip customers, I'm sorry I hate to be that person but they even deposited the wrong amount of money in my account 2-3 times. Don't come here. I make weekly deposits and it's always something with them. They half ass everything. I want to close my account!
