This bank have horrible service . One time I waited in line for 12 min . While I was waiting a man walked in , he was about to get in line behind me until a gentleman(bank teller) from the back told him to come on up to help him without acknowledging me at all. Not saying someone would get to me in a minute or nothing. After 5 more minutes I was called next by a young lady . I did express to her how I felt that was unprofessional and rude that I was skipped from someone who just walked In. She apologized and the other bank teller intrudes in the conversation by saying "That man have many accounts with us" . So because he have many accounts and I have two does that mean I get skipped or ignored . That man name wasn't HENRY WELLS or WILLIAM FARGO so I was confused on why I was skipped.....Another time... I pulled up to the drive thru at 4:39 I had one car in front of me and the other at the deposit pole. I waited about 10 min . As I'm still waiting 5pm is slowly approaching . The car finally drove off and then next was the truck in front me as they move up so do I , briefly after he moves up I heard short conversation then he drives to the commercial window. I pulled up like relieved I'm next and the deposit box was closed . I hear it going back up , I'm sitting there like did they really just sent it back up so I couldn't make a deposit. I pressed the button about 5 times until they answered and asked if I could make my deposit. It wasn't even 5pm yet. If that's what time you suppose to close then close at that time . Why did I have to ask for a deposit to be made before 5??? I only come here because it's close but at times I do try to stop at other locations because I work hard for my money . The bank tellers don't start treating me nice until they open my account and that's not fair .

The business banker, Johnny Martinez advised me wrong on how to fixed both, the account ownership structure and my tax forfeiture on my business account that was outstanding. Due to his lack of experience and I'll advisement, my account was placed on a hard hold with imminent closure 5 weeks later. He showed no remorse and did not even fight for me to get an extension to clear up the compliance issue. As a result, I do not have access to my funds and they will not allow me to withdraw my money. My mortgage and my lease payment has been returned when I paid them before the account was placed on a hard hold and already causing me over $600 in fees. I am waiting for the branch manager, Franklin Peterson, and a complaint advocate to call me back and I haven't received communication back. This banking center has not made things right.

This bank sucks I've been suffering a bit because of the lose of my job my step mother and my father due to covid 19. I've banked with Wells for 5 yrs or more and I deposited a cashiers check on 12/03 my only source of income in 2 months. I used to a 2-3 day hold but this bank has decided to hold my money for 10 days. Their only reason is because I've had over drafts thing is I've paid over $300 in overdraft fees without issue. I WILL BE CLOSING THIS ACCOUNT WHEN MY FUNDS ARE RELEASED NO COMPASSION is given at this bank. How can you hold secured funds Sutton Bank had already honored the cashiers check

Most RACIST location in Houston, TX. I simply wanted to make a withdrawal from my own checking account. I filled out the form for withdrawal completely including my account number and Gave the teller my drivers license. As soon as they saw I was African American/Black they started giving me a hard time and asking for a second form of identification. I stated that I make withdrawals all the time from my account and never needed more than one form of identification previous times. I also looked on the Wells Fargo corporate website And it clearly states that two forms of identification are only required for cashing a check NOT a withdrawal. When I brought this information to their attention they starting saying "well it's only required at this location". I don't understand how this is a corporate policy but this branch is making their own rules. They literally only gave me a hard time after seeing my picture/race on my drivers license. This is so sad. It's 2020 and someone needs to do something to fix this issue. Very unnecessary and poor customer service.

The customer teller at this location was rude. He didn't even give me a proper introduction nor did he seemed concerned with my banking experience. He was to busy chatting up a storm with the next teller, who was helping out another customer. These two idiots were giggling like high school classmates. The tellers name was Ike, I think. I know he was black. I recall his part in the top of his head which was a swirl. After I was done with my deposit he says, that's all like he was Miranda Priestly from the Devil's Wears Prada.. Let me acknowledge this, when I first walked into Wellfargo branch on Smith street in Houston Tx this Asian lady who only smiled at me but didn't greet me profiled me the whole time until I saw the black teller I called Ike! They need retrain these people. Chase Bank has awesome customer service just ridiculous fees.

Incredibly rude staff....I just needed to get a simple task done. They interrupted me, lied to me, and refused to listen to me. I'm definitely much happier banking with Chase now.

I just left the bank teller and am very disappointed. I asked her name and she said it was Jacquelyn. She was utterly rude, repeatedly cut me off and when I asked her to be nicer and let me finish what I was trying to say she intentionally cut me off again! I've never encountered someone so rude when I was just trying to get a simple task done and simply had a question. I will never be returning mainly because of how I was treated. Do better Wells Fargo. Please.

I am a Wells Fargo customer who visited this branch to make a deposit. After I completed my transaction, I asked if they had a bathroom available. I received a resounding, "No." Withholding use of the restroom from customers is always bad business, and when the customer is pregnant like me it is just cruel.

Yesterday I pulled into the drive-through lane for commercial transactions at 4:59. The cashiers' window blinds were still up. The green light was on for the main drive-through lane and there was a car in the main drive-through lane doing a transaction. There were NO other cars there to do business, just me and the person in the main drive-through lane. As I got to the window, the clerk says to me "The person in the main drive-through lane is my last customer for the day." I explained to him it was not yet 5 o'clock, I was simply trying to make a deposit and needed nothing more than a receipt. Nope. Wells Fargo is running television commercials trying to rehabilitate its tattered public image. The message in one commercial is "During the San Francisco earthquake when Wells Fargo's account books were buried in rubble, we allowed our customers to withdraw money on only their word." Uh, yeah. I was trying to PUT money INTO the Wells Fargo bank and they would not take it. One very simple way to vastly improve the image of any business is outstanding customer service. I got the opposite of that from this Wells Fargo bank yesterday. Another way a bank can show it cares about the needs of its customers is to be open during convenient hours. 9 to 5 may be convenient for Wells Fargo, but not for Wells Fargo CUSTOMERS who work 8 to 5. There's a Chase bank right across Smith Street from this Wells Fargo and its drive-through hours are 8 to 6 Monday through Friday.

Very friendly and professional environment. This is our go to location for most of our transactions. We bank with the people not the bank.
