Started my Wachovia Bank Account @ this location before it was Wells Fargo. Just to say I've been going to this location for many many years. As per usual, the ATM is down, and with the one out front missing, I walked in. Today I walked in with one person in line, one @ the teller who was just then leaving and me. An employee walks up to the next person in line and starts a conversation. I wait a few minutes before just walking up to the teller who is doing nothing at this time to only be interrupted by the same employee telling me that the person he is talking to is next. You're willing to waste my time for a conversation that can easily have happened after the teller visit, and act smug to me when telling me to wait because this other person is next... I wanted to say anything other than F-You, but that's all that came out. As a whole I've have very few problems with the company, but this location has a history of hiring trash people. I'm going to drive an extra few minutes to 4906 San Felipe from now on.

No bathroom. City problems. You can pull out thousands of dollars but you can’t use the bathroom. It’s absurd.

My card got stuck in the ATM due to some kind of power outage. The staff refused to help or even come to the door (plenty of people inside the building, around 4:45 PM). Worst customer service of any industry I've ever experienced in my entire life. Cancelling my account tomorrow with this joke of a company -- if you are reading, do yourself a favor and avoid this bank

Such a wonderful and helpful location. Manager Stephanie took the time to walk me through a self service process and took the time to make herself available to my questions. Really great experience

We know Stephanie for over 11 years almost 12 years she always helpful,knowledgeable,kind,good listener and positive attitude. Any time we call and asked for information she always support us. Stephanie is the best manager in wells fargo.

The Branch Manager Stephanie did not allow me to deposit a check and asked for tons of unnecessary documents in order to enforce the check and deposited. I went to another branch and all they did was verify the funds and the transaction was successfully completed without the need of the extra paperwork. It’s sad to see how she had me go on a goose chase, when all she had to do was follow an internal banking process. I will never go back to this branch.

I had an appointment. The employees here don’t want to attend to the customer. I was waiting in line for 15 minutes and then they sent me to sit down. And when they finally attended me, this woman tells me that they can’t attend me anymore because I arrived 15 minutes late and it was because I was waiting in line that time. Wells Fargo is simply a bank that I'll never plan on having an account with

Had appointment with the banker. She informed that she was busy waiting for another person and I had to reschedule the meeting with her. She had been sitting for 18 minutes doing her work at the desk.

Closed on Sundays but they have a drive up ATM... Which was out of bills, so errored out on me. Had to go to the front ATM in the store front area and same error, until I chose a different combination of bills. Error messages could use some work, trial and era.

I've been banking here for 13 years and I've never been treated so rudely in my life. Her name was Ash, short for Ashley. Looks like I'm not the only one whose complained. Shame. Maybe it's because of my skin color? Disgusting.

One of the worst experiences ever.I have had Wells Fargo for over 15 years. I do have 2 of my businesses and my personal account with Wells Fargo.I was trying to open another business account today and I got taken care of by a lady name Ashley.I came on Saturday and she told me she couldn’t open the account and that I needed the right docs, she told me what I needed it, then today, Tuesday, I got what she requested and now she says I don’t have the right doc and that I needed another doc.Now, something they don’t now is that I heard them saying they wanted to go to lunch, now this is happening at barely 11:30am. They asked us to come back at 2pm. There was nobody there. Then, I did ask Ashley that if what she was saying is base on professionalism or if she is saying that bc she wanted to go to lunch? I think she got over heated bc she started saying that she has been doing this for 5 years and she never got something like me on those years.I don’t want to bring race here as a low card, but I am a Latino person, and she’s white. I’m sure she saw my bank account on Saturday and saw there’s good money in them.I think for customer service Ashely you really suck with those 5 years of experience.
