0 stars if I could.Any time I need bank statements they tell me to go to the library and print them out for 10 cents, if you're my bank you should offer me your services! I go to chase and they had no problem helping me with my other statements from 2022. Unprofessional, they rather have lunch and skip customers, I'm sorry I hate to be that person but they even deposited the wrong amount of money in my account 2-3 times. Don't come here. I make weekly deposits and it's always something with them. They half ass everything. I want to close my account!

Worst location by far, lazy ass bankers not even trying to do their jobs. Don't even bother being a couple minutes late to your appointment because they'll skip you and tell you to take a hike ! Worst customer service I've experienced.

Slow slow slow!!! My dad had to take my 90 year old grandpa to the bank. They made an appointment as they were supposed to and filled out all the paperwork ahead of time. One the phone my dad asked if there was anything else needed or if this type of transaction should be done inside. They assured him nothing else was needed and it would take 15 minutes. They arrive 10 minutes early and they were able to drive right up for their appointment. They started the process and the teller says they needed 1 extra form she forgotten about. My dad and grandpa said no problem and filled it out. She had to take it to the manager to approve and took 20 minutes to come back. Once she came back they asked for more paperwork and due to the need my grandpa obliged. She was off again and they waited another 15 minutes. When asked what is taking so long and if there was a problem she just said it takes time because they were busy. No other cars were waiting just them. What should have taken 15 minutes per the bank ended up taking 2 hours!!!! There is just no need to have someone sitting in the car at the drive thru for over 2 hours.

Every time I come here I get frustrated with slow service. Today drive thru so slow I sang a few songs, called the manager and wrote this review.
