Lazy staff don’t want to be bothered with condescending attitude. if you’re not opening an account, they don’t want your business.

I go into cash a check that is drawn on the Wells Fargo bank. Now they're charging everyone $10 to do this! Doesn't matter what the amount is you're being charged $10 to cash a check that is drawn on their own bank! That is just straight up thievery! Don't do business with this bank they're going to rob you blind!

I was treated in a great way with respect by Mauricio Lozoya. I came from NY and had an appointment. I was out of the bank in 20 minutes. Mauricio Lozoya took care of me.
