Terrible customer service. My mom recently opened an account with Wells Fargo, and it’s been over a month, yet she still hasn’t received her debit card. I initially called customer service, and they told me to wait 10 days, which I did, plus an extra 5 days for good measure. When nothing arrived, I visited the branch directly to resolve the issue. I approached calmly, just wanting to fix the problem. The banker who assisted my mom with opening the account told us to go to the withdrawal and deposit desk to request a new card. However, when I got there, they said they couldn’t help us without the card itself and advised us to call customer service again. After two frustrating attempts—one where I was redirected back to the banker and another where the call was disconnected—I finally went to a different Wells Fargo location. It turns out the original banker never ordered the card to be sent in the first place. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially for new customers. I expected better from Wells Fargo.

I have been making deposits at this bank for my employer since May of 2023. I have always had excellent service. I am always greeted when I walk in and the tellers are very efficient and gracious as they take care of (sometimes) up to deposits for 5 different accounts. Highly recommend this location.

i don’t see the point of a neighborhood bank if the teller isn’t going to do her job. the young lady with short hair,and long tacky nails told me i didn’t have any fees to pay,after calling online they said i did,and could do it in person. and i ended up having to go to another bank location. the owner needs to train the tellers better

Worst service ever this people is something else everyone starting with the manager wooow!! They could be helpful but not they sent us home telling us is to late to take care of us and we get there at 4:03 and verniceya cooper she was the worst I’m so fed up with this bank stalling with chase bank ? the best they treat you like people

I wish to have a 0 star option for Vy Vo, the service manager in the location. Yesterday, I was on the phone with the home equity customer service for more than 1 hour, trying to get a letter ASAP, but Wells Fargo couldn't directly email customers. Time sensitive, Sean Ellis (was very professional and friendly) asked me to go to this office to have some one call him and print out my letter. I had begged Vy Vo to call, but she told me she was busy and also didn't let the 3 other tellers call. They were hanging around without any customers. I wonder how she can be a customer service manager.

No lobby service without appt. No cash in ATM not pleased at all.
Forced to use the tubes if they have the lobby due to covid but tubes and atm are not disinfected they are obviously only concerned with employees safety not customers.
