Super slow. No acknowledgement when you walk in. You can stand in line and they still take drive thru transactions over you. ATMs were both down so I was forced to go inside the bank

My evaluation for customer service is ZERO (0). On June 25th I went to create a new account at the Bank. Mr. Dario who attended to me did well but that was as far as it went. I am still waiting for a response regarding the approval for the creation of the account that both Dario and the Manager, whom I later called for a response, have not yet given me.

Slowest bank ever. Everytime I come I have to wait in drive through line sometimes up to 30-45 min. Going inside is worse. Horrible customer service. Bank with a credit union, where you’re treated better.

I honestly don’t understand all the Kens and karens on the reviews but the staff at this location is nothing but nice and friendly. Very helpful patient nice I give it to the staffing because this is a very busy location and they still manage to do what they have to do the teller by far is amazing Elizabeth.

ZERO Customer service at this location, it is rare when the teller greats you & the wait for a single transaction is ridiculous coming from a person who was once a teller this place definitely needs new management and tellers! If I didn’t HAVE to come here I sure wouldn’t!Wells Fargo you need to do better hiring people with customer service, seems like they hire anyone at this branch!

12/29/2023. I made a withdrawal at around 4:30 pm went home for a quick stop. Came out and my truck was broken into and the money was gone ( now I understand it was partly my fault for not taking the money inside with me) Today 12/30/2023 I made the same withdrawal amount went to a different location took the money with me, they still broke into my truck except there was no money this time. But they did brake my window. First time I wasn't sure if I had been followed from the bank. But today I'm convinced that's what's happening, and the worst feeling is I suspect an employee is working with these people. I don't usually use this bank and won't use it again. I'm going next business day to have a talk with management and make them aware of the situation. I already have a police report.

Lazy people working here drive through always close afternoon I go inside and talk to the Manager they open the drive through…..When I go drive through for deposit they hold me 15 minutes and they are talki each other time passing inside….and talking

Went in to make 3 small deposits to a business account, and get a change order. It took over 30 minutes and they never finished my change order. Then the lady assisting me said,” you have to remember you have three deposits.” I used to be a banker and teller, and I am positive each transaction should take no more than 3 to 5 minutes. No apologies, offered or explanations made.

I like to say that on Saturday October 9,2023 @ 9:amMe and my boss went to get change and the teller who works the drive thru windowName is Elizabeth was the rude is young lady. Didn't give me a chance to ask her what I needed. People like her with an attitude should not be working in a bank
