Went into the location to open an account the atmosphere horrible! You have to have an appointment and don’t think they will even lift a finger to help you! You would think common sales would be better to come and great a potential customer and see what it possible but yeah they didn’t care to work so I don’t recommend this location! If you want great service Harrisburg location took the time and it was more humble atmosphere!

I got robbed yesterday they took a large amount . They broke my window while i was in the vehicle. No one knew only the bank. General manager was not in store. I told them i got robbed no one of staff batted a eye , i was ignored , no one even looked at me. No security .

I went to withdraw some of my own available money and after waiting for the teller 45 minutes was told I could not retrieve any of my funds for no apparent reason. Leaving me stranded in Houston Tx .
Then I tried to do a wire transfer the bank called to verify and said it would release immediately that Saturday
The wire was not released until today Monday!!! This is not acceptable!!
Do better Wells Fargo!!

What's the point of giving cards with your number if yall can't answer the phone. Like seriously. Good service yes but can't even answer the phone. Should report to bbb and cfpb since yall take nothing seriously.

DO NOT go to this location, I withdrew some money today and less than an hour later my money was stolen from my car. I believe I was followed because they knew exactly where to look for the money, they didn't mess with anything else just went straight where the money was hidden. What a coincidence don't you think? A lot of people withdraw money but I took out a big amount and I got stolen, no one but the bank people knew it was a big amount. Other people told me that something similar happened to them so don't take the risk and go to a different location

Took me 5 minutes yo do wire transfer in chase bank.....but here you need to make an appointment to do ez service like wire transfer....bad point for wells fargo
