DO NOT go to this location, I withdrew some money today and less than an hour later my money was stolen from my car. I believe I was followed because they knew exactly where to look for the money, they didn't mess with anything else just went straight where the money was hidden. What a coincidence don't you think? A lot of people withdraw money but I took out a big amount and I got stolen, no one but the bank people knew it was a big amount. Other people told me that something similar happened to them so don't take the risk and go to a different location

Took me 5 minutes yo do wire transfer in chase bank.....but here you need to make an appointment to do ez service like wire transfer....bad point for wells fargo

Still here waiting in line while no one was ahead of me. I pressed the call button twice and their employees have yet to even answer the phone call. The time is 9:50 am on June 10th 2023. This is incredibly unprofessional.

It seems like the staff here was slaved into working here, because last I knew to be hired THEY have to fill out the applications. They do all they can to avoid doing such.

Long lines with 2 tellers in busy days, line is long enough to see the back offices. Just ridiculous.

Same exactly review as Crystal. These negative comments are unreal. I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years. And I have only experienced Great customer service. Please don’t take anything they do offensive. Don’t arrive five minutes before they close and don’t arrive right when they open give them time to settle In. Also keep in mind that most businesses didn’t make it through the pandemic, and the ones that did are short staffed and overwork. This bank is located in a little poverty area and I’m grateful they’re still with us.

I don't know the teller's name but she was very helpful. She had a smile before she helped me and when I left. I completed my transaction with no problem. You need more teller's like her

Vanessa was so rude and UNPROFESSIONAL she gave me an attitude wasnt even trying to help me I deposited a check and I told her I want it now and in my checking account she said okay and she did not inform me it wouldnt be available I told her I need it now she didnt explain anything to me she just said have a good day the 1st time then I went to the gas station to put gas and my card was declined but I had to look for change to make it back to the wells fargo and I told her why didnt you tell me it wouldnt be in my account this is the 2nd time I went to wells fargo and I told her i told you I need it now and I want it in my checking account shes like well I dont have control of that and I even called customer service and they told me they could fix it in the branch so i told her that but her response was rude and she didnt bother to help me and she said you can have it back and laughed said have a nice day I didnt to anything to that little childish girl for her to act that way never coming back to this location so rude and uunprofessional. Nobody deserves to be treated that way.

This location is my neighborhood Wells Fargo branch, so I come here often. They are always quick to respond and move the car line reasonably. Yesterday, 3/8/22, Rebecca quickly responded to the buzzer at the drive-thru and was supper pleasant on the mic.Mon-Fri business hourslobby & driver-thru9 am-5 pmSaturday business hoursLobby &Drive-thru9 am-12 pmFour account holders lanes at the drive-thru service (sometimes they have two lanes open)One commercial lane. Have in mind since the Pandemic, many businesses have been short-staffed.2 ATMDue to Covid, You have to make an appointment if you need a replacement card or see a representative.Walk-in in the lobby. No appointment is needed to see a bank teller, but you may need to wait outside until they let you in the building. They do this not to congest the line and crowd the building due to the pandemic.Wells Fargo is on the corner of a busy shopping center on the feeder of Gulf Freeway 45S and Woodridge St.There are many restaurants and stores in the same shopping center, including I-Hop, Subway, Whataburger, Office Depot, Home Depot, China Star Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet, Xfinity Comcast, Conns, and Chase Bank across the street and near Gulf Gate Mall.
