It is a terrible service; the staff doesn't know how to treat customers. They really need to work with the staff.

atm didn’t dispense all money requested for withdrawal, went inside to remedy situation. unfortunately, you’re out of luck if that happens since they don’t operate the atms. had to call the number on the card, what is the branch there for?
