I had an appointment, I needed to move it. I spoke to one of the customer service people on the phone and requested a time that showed available online. He acknowledged it was available. They called an hour before but I was unable to answer. I went to the appointment and was told that that time was not available because they had other appointments and were covering for other people. I waited as they suggested because they we re not sure if the later appointments were going to show up. So as I waited the one person went to make phone calls to see if people were going to show up. So instead of helping me for at least 30 minutes when nobody else was there for an appointment he did these phone calls. He came over later and said maybe another time. So I did make an appointment and they made it seem that it was double booked and then had nobody there. Second bad experience with this location. I will not go back again.

I had a wonderful experience with Andy Rivas who helped me opening an account , and explaining different types or accounts and credit lines.
He was so friendly and taking his time answering all of my questions. He even helped me downloading the bank App and showed me how to use it.
If you are looking to open an acct with WF , please ask for Andy.

When someone cloned my debit card and stole $11,800 from me I walked into this bank seeking help after hours on the phone was unhelpful. The tellers were helpful and kind. Nancy Tracey squeezed me into her schedule and ended up guiding me through the next three months of making sure I was reimbursed and everything squared away. I've never had a favorite banker before but I do now. Thank you all for everything!

Went in to order a new card, the clerk's immediate response was basically "You can do that through our app" and apparently it would've been a 30-45 minute wait for a banker. I walked out.
I then drove to the Tomball branch, received a not dissimilar response, but surprise surprise when the Clerk behind the counter was able to order me a new card without a 45 minute wait and without a banker.
If I wanted to do it through the app, I wouldn't be inside the bank.
UPDATE : It would seem they have removed their drive up ATM.
Message for the Owner : If you wanna ask me about my experience, message my Google account. Or, just plainly tell your employees not to shirk me off by telling me I can order a new card on my phone. If I walk into a bank, I expect human service.

I’d give 0 if I could after my experience with mrs KAREN, literally her name. Glad you live up to it because she literally argued with me on everything I had to say and I could tell it’s because I’m young. I’m sure she made her assumptions about me, tried to talk down on me, gas light me telling me they don’t do money orders to certain places then just blatantly seem like she didn’t know how to spell what I was asking her to make it out to. She even asked if she could leave it blank. She counted 300$ and didn’t know how to subtract 150 from it either. Needless to say I was scared when she was asking me how to count and I’m suppose to trust this lady with my money..? have a great day Karen.

You know, Wells Fargo has become an actual joke of a member of the FDIC. Besides the fact they're NOT allowing gun transactions to be processed using their debit or CC transactions is enough for me to actually LOL. You DO realize your emblem is of a STAGE COACH. History lesson WF: in the 1800's y'all ARMED your stage coaches, now y'all crap all over the 2nd amendment. When I walked in to this specific location the banker, whose been with WF for 15 years, insulted my intelligence. I needed to close my account and reopen a new account due to the negligence and incompetence you've hired to be your telecom representatives. I've been a member of WF since 2004- ALMOST 20 years aka 2 decades, and this man, whose picture and name I will post was the biggest a-hole. Number one, sir, you never speak down to a woman because we are a woman. That may pass in your culture, in your country, but not in MINE. Due to his smart mouth and his cowardly ways to belittle me, I decided to take my money right across the street to Amegy! (Look at the review for the most BEST bank to put your money in) Thank you WF, for putting someone with exceeding arrogance and no virtues in charge of dealing with your customers, whatever is soon to be left of them. Muah!

Omg! Rita thanks for processing my transaction one minute before you closed. It was a Christmas game changer! I would love to thank the gal at the door for letting me in but didn't catch her name.

Rita the teller is incompetent, a liar and She stole my work character “distraction” badge for the pediatric kids I see daily.I went in on a Friday to activate my new card. I received an urgent phone call while waiting for the above mentioned teller to finish with the customer before me. I stepped to the window to take my call and my work badge broke from my lanyard - I thought I caught all my badges from my lanyard but I didn’t. After my call I went to Rita to activate my card (so I thought). I went back to work and noticed my character badge was missing and I remembered it fumbled while I was at WF. Over the weekend I tried to use my debit card that Rita was supposed to activate - it was declined. I called customer service and they said the card wasn’t activated. I explained to customer service that I went into a branch direct to activate my card but I would return to that location Monday to activate the card and retrieve my work badge.I went back to WF louetta/249 to the same teller that helped me Friday. first, I asked for my character badge and before I could even finish asking for my badge, “Rita” interrupted and said “we don’t have it” - almost like a guilty child that knows they’ve been caught. I said ma’am that is a distraction/soothing character badge for pediatrics. “We don’t have it”. ...(how would she know if she didn’t look in lost and found or ask anyone else — oh, maybe it’s because she had it). Her face, words and actions ratted her out. I let her know my debit card was declined over the weekend because it hadn’t been activated. She asked for my card and proceeded to tell me that I needed to call the number on the back of the card to activate it. WHAT! I asked why she didn’t tell me that the Friday before? No response. I let her know that I had lost confidence in her teller skills and left.I immediately called to speak to the branch mngr, Kristen - she was out so I left a vmail directly on her phone. I called again the next day to find out Kristen would not be back until the following Tuesday. I waited for Kristen to return my call - by Wednesday I finally called her and explained what had happened at her location. After she listened and took notes and asked to call me back to give her time to discuss the situation with her teller. The next day Per Kristen, ... “Rita” “misunderstood” initially that I wanted to activate my card... AND she “misunderstood” the second time when I returned Monday to activate my debit card AGAIN and get my badge.C’mon Kristen, I know you are smarter than to believe this BS! Taking up for her employee is one thing but to defend a bold face lie....wow! Kristen you have been made a fool of. Kristen apologized that I didn’t get the outcome I wanted. I never asked for an outcome. I was making Keistentaware of the kind of employee Rita is ....a lying thief. Rita’s actions will not make me or break me. Rita is WF’s problem and liability not mine. I’ve been your customer since 1991 - but this is by far the worst. The only good thing from this exchange, I was able to stop a wire transfer from a title company before it was released to WF.
