Teresa White is rude. Don’t care about her job. I was waiting for somebody to help me in the lobby and then she says what do you need? Didn’t even greet me asked me how my day was going. Very unprofessional. The people working as bank tellers are super nice. I’ll say that, but I won’t be returning. Do better.

The slowest bank in the entire nation. A simple drive thru takes 25 minutes. Not kidding. I’ve been watching for almost a year now. It’s a joke. I don’t even know why I come here. Today is the last time.

I had a horrible experience with customer service at this place. My family and I walked in to open a bank account, and after waiting for 30 minutes, a lady with a slicked-back bun (I didn’t catch her name) finally came to help us. She immediately told us she was about to go to lunch and could only assist one of us. We explained that two of us needed to set an appointment and the other had already opened an account and that she could help him first. but she ignored what we were saying and responded with an attitude, asking when our appointment was—after we had just told her the app instructed us to make one. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

Terrible customer service not just this bank but all the phone lines stink, credit card deportment is terrible. If you ever have a problem they will transfer your call 5+ times then hang up on you. Garbage, work with any other bank.

Online 1 drive thru atm lane is operating. Every day, there is a long line for the 1 atm that stretches to the street. The bank has no urgency to get it fixed. Poor experience

Customer service is trash just like that lady’s wig by the entrance. I Made an appointment and when I arrived gretchen weiners was very rude and condescending. They failed to communicate what I need to bring with me.

Very bad service, they are always without clients and they don't want you. They have bad treatment with people, they just say they don't speak Spanish and they never want to call an interpreter.

Siempre que sobre jiro mi tarjeta esté banco me cobra asta 100 dolares de puros Recargos y después laqueado mi tarjeta ya mi mamá me avía dicho que ellos te quitan el dinero de las cuentas por que a ella le isieron lo mismo y mi esposo cuando estaba vivo peleaba con ellos todo el tiempo en mi opinión deberían contratar un personal mejor este banco

Only 2 cashiers, 1 for drive thru and the other for inside. A black lady is just walking around not doing nothing. Sad this could never happen in a white community.
