Prior bank manager was really pathetic. He would just be sitting there with no responsibility. But now the new lady Manager Tricia is gr8. Really very friendly & helpful. She has gone out of her to help me & been very kind + patient. 10 stars for Tricia & her staff! All staff is gr8 !
