Today I went to cash a government check (Texas Workforce Commission), the cashier made me feel uncomfortable, she checked the check several times, she even went into an office with it and then told me that the check was incomplete because I didn't have an account number or something like that, I left and deposited it in the bank's automatic deposit and there were no problems, she made me waste time and made me feel bad and watched by everyone.

I came to this place at 4 PM to open debit card and banker “Alberto” told me to make appointment tmrr because they close at 5 PM. So he stopped serving customer at 4 so he can leave early or deal with customer.
Alberto is a banker who doesn’t care to customer and should not work for this bank. Unprofessional worker.

Terrible service! I waited in line for over an hour, and there was only ONE teller handling all the customers while the rest of the staff seemed to be doing nothing. Completely unacceptable for a bank to be this understaffed and inefficient. If you value your time, go elsewhere!”

I had a fraud alert and my account was just a mess. I spoke with the manager Aleida she was patient, understanding and took her time on the phone with the fraud ppl until my account was resolved.

Horrible customer service, manager refused to deposit a check into my savings account. Went to another location and I was in and out in 3 minutes. I spent 45 minutes in the branch and 15 of it with the teller going back and forth with the manager sitting at his desk. I told her, let me speak with him directly, he didn't even want to get up! I should have just left but sunk cost. He finally comes over, gives me a BS reason as to why he won't deposit it. I now tell people to stay far away from here, sometimes I get the response they already know to not come here. Wish I knew. ZERO STARS.

I always get the best experience when I visit the branch. Nicole Hayes always eager ed to assist and educate me on different options in the mobile application. She's definitely one of the best parts of Wells Fargo Bank!

I am a customer this bank for long time. This morning I was come to this bank withdrawal some money I have to wait 30' the tellers tell me have to wait for Manager to sign when the Manager comes she go to another tellers so I have to wait more when she's come I said to long too wait I have to work, then she's returned my ID and withdrawal clips she's told me go to another bank.Is she Manager? Her attitude so rude, she's so impolite to the customer I have never seen, very very bad Manager..I so sad

Thank God I don't bank with these derelicts. Unfortunately I have to come here because I have to deposit a check into some poor soul who does bank here. It's currently Saturday and this is open until noon. Once a month I come here to waste time. Let me explain the process. I arrive. I see a long line. I see the building is clearly understaffed and I say "that's right, I'm at Wells Fargo." so rather than stand in line bored I decided I'd use my time more wisely and just leave a one star review. 1 star is still too much. Sadly yelp doesn't allow negative numbers nor an infinite sign. So 1 star is far more than this company deserves. The crazy thing is this is a known problem. Look at the reviews. What's going to happen? I'll get a response "I'm sorry you feel this way. I'd like to hear more from you." What else is there to say? This isn't rocket science. You don't need to hear from me. Want to know more? Read the review again. Anyway if you're considering banking here show up on a Saturday and you'll reconsider. I've never had this problem with any other bank. Just Wells Fargo. It's. No surprise the logo is a horse drawn wagon. It feels like I'm in the 19th century here and they're sending out messages via pony express.
