Wells Fargo Bank is a very busy branch. The drive thru line is always quick. The intersection at Bellaire and Hwy 6 is tricky and busy, so it can take longer to exit the parking lot than the banking transaction itself. The staff is very helpful, welcoming, polite, and professional. The branch manager is very much professional and polite, creating the best professional environment. The manager always asks customers if they need any help. There have been recent issues with the ATMs at this location being out of order, but they were later fixed. Customers are advised to use other nearby ATM locations if needed. In contrast, another Wells Fargo branch on Beechnut and Bissonet Street is described as unprofessional, with staff that is not polite at all.
My God, this bank takes forever to serve its customers. It seems like they're understaffed, and the lines are always long. It's always like this.

Been a Wells Fargo customer for over 30 years. I am not a fan of how difficult it is to see a banker and I do not like the closed drive thru tellers.

Needed to deposit a check at wells Fargo and kept me waiting a looong time just to say they couldn't do it. I went to another Wells Fargo bank and just took me 5 minutes . She told me different branches, different procedures.
