I had a terrible experience. I opened my business account online. I received a letter that my ID and other documents needed to be verified. I scheduled an appointment at the Wells Fargo location on 7846 Long Point Rd, Houston, TX 77055 and brought all the documents. I was helped by Sofpia who had no idea what she was doing. She had to call customer service so they would tell her what to do. After that I received another letter that I needed to verify the same documents. I called customer service and they said that if I had already visited the bank and provided the documents I just needed to disregard that letter. One week after my account was closed. I scheduled another appointment to check what happened and reopen the account. When I got there I received a text message that Sofpia was going to help me but she asked someone else to help me after checking on the computer and probably noticing that she did something wrong. This person said that I needed to call customer service so they can tell me why my account was closed but she said she couldn't help me reopen the account or open a new one because she didn't have time. So what's the point with scheduling an appointment if they can't help you. I am taking my business to another bank. I am extremely dissatisfied.
In short, two appointments, two rounds of paperwork, and multiple calls later, I still don’t have a business account. Scheduling an appointment evidently guarantees neither expertise nor service.
I’m moving my business to another bank and cannot recommend this Wells Fargo branch to anyone seeking reliable, professional assistance.

One teller for 15+ people. Waited 30 minutes, just so they couldn’t cash my check. Fernando a paisa didn’t wanna help. Stay away from this bank

Incompetent staff from the greeting all the way up, wasted time after asking multiple staff members simple questions they should already know. Go to a different branch or better yet a different bank if you're in the area.

Today i came in to use my safty deposite box; the customer service is very slow that makes clients leave the branch without doing what they came in for!You have 2 employees and they taking their own time walking around helping people around the branch instead of doing their job by taking the people on chairs waiting to talk to.Im in here for almost one hour and a half just to use my safty deposite box!Im sooo unhappy with this branch!You need to find your branch more emplyees i don't have 10 hours to sit here waiting u! We all have stuff for the day to do! Someone need to improve this location if i come next time and its still the same im closing my account with yall!!!!

Unfortunately I have to put atleast one star to put how rude this location was to my father in law today! The drive through ATM shorted him 100$ and they just rudely told him to make a claim treated like they don't appreciate they have a customer who's been with them for more then 20 years. Best belive after this claim he'll be going to chase! Nothing but rude employees here. Racist at that too.

I have always visited this branch, my officer is around the corner, I have never been touched by any unpleasant person, today a worker was very unpleasant. I thought she was there to help.

I had one quick question so I ask the only person sitting at a desk.Apparently the manager or assistant manager, I did say it was a quick question, “Do I need to sign in to speak to someone about a business account, she didn’t have to be rude. I am glad this is not the branch I normally use, just happened to be in the area. The place was empty she did have a customer but he had stepped outside when I asked her. Wells Fargo needs to train this area employee better.
