I have always had a smooth experience at this location, and the manager Edgar is extremely helpful, always goes above and beyond to help customers-even with the smallest tasks. Friendliest location in Houston that is for sure!

This location has rude and unhelpful staff the several times I have been in. Worst thing is that have the time their ATM machine doesn't take cash deposits. And they do not have an indoor ATM machine for safety reasons. This branch location either needs to fire their current manager or close the location all together.

The management has drastically improved from a few months back. The gentleman in charge was very polite and helped me with my needs. Great service A+++

Very bad service. Unprofessional personnel, unfriendly faces Unfortunately, they don't know how to value the customer. Very disappointing They didn't want to sign a cashier check. Literally, they told me to go back to where I came from. BUT I think they need to go back to training, including the manager. I'll never come back to this location.

Had to come IN TO A BANK to do something I should have been able to do over the phone to begin with so I was already irritated when I walked in. However, when I arrived at 3:40 they told me I needed to talk to THE banker as if there is only one, and she was at lunch. Lunch? It’s 3:40 and you close at 5?

Most useless branch… Only have one banker available at all times, and appointments are booked out for three days.

These days without appointment they don't talk or give time and than people sitting there don't even know what they are doing they really need to train before they put people for customer service

Worse customer service. Came in and told me that I needed an appointment. Then I ask him if I can sign up for an appt and he said I need to do that on the app. Craziness!!

Wells Fargo needs to do a better job at training their employees, I tried adding my wife to my account but were told that her I-551 stamp from USCIS (which is a literally a green card) was not a form of ID, not even the manager knew what the stamp was, we were on time at the appointment and still made us wait more than 20 min, went to BankOfAmerica next door and had no issues, Im definitely moving my direct deposit to BoA, farewell Wells Fargo.

Nice people and someone to greet you at the door. They are trying hard to show customer service. There isn't much else a bank can do to differentiate themselves from the competition.

The African American lady told us to wait for her when we stated(as she asked) what we were there for, then when it's finally our time, she told us she has a appointment coming up. Wasted us more than 20mins for nothing!

The customer service here was wonderful. I needed an urgent appt to see a banker and all other banks didnt have any location. They squeeze me in with Tammy and in about 10.min, Tammy managed to get my transaction done.Highly recommended

We had an appointment at a scheduled time and the banker was 20 minutes late from coming back from her lunch break. We asked her why she was late and she had a serious attitude instead of being apologetic. She told us she was the only banker there other than the two ladies (one was the manager) and she said she had to take a late lunch. We walked out and almost took our business to a completely different bank but instead went to the location on Gessner and they were much more accommodating and professional. Do not go to this location.
