4 tellers and 1 banker in the building with no other customers and 10min to the next appointment. They were unwilling to assist us replace my mom's debit card which will take all of 4min to place the order, they answered 1 question about another issue that we need to call customer service.
Explain to me what is the point of your insane fees if your in person assistance is useless? This branch is never willing to help with anything beyond simple things such as deposits or withdrawals

I waited more than 30 minutes waiting for the employee to come and call me in ,, but when he came he called the customer who came after me ,, you should have a queue record or at least ask who came first ,,, and even if you serve your customers by appointment you should place a poster there saying it’s by appointment and don’t let us waste our time,, this is really a bad management and show no kind of respect to customers,,

I’ve been to this branch today because it’s the closest to me on whesteimer when I walked in the bank was empty no lane at all, nothing I went straight to the cashier he took care of me and I said I would like to open an saving account he redirected me to a lady but I waited 10 mns around before she came to me. She told me I’m busy now and my co-worker also do you have an appointment I said no she said it’s not required but necessary she propose to book an appointment or to see with another branch. I feel like oh ok that’s fine let me see with another bank which offer more professionalism and courtesy with customer who decided to be a client I felt neglected and ignored. I ended up opening an account with chase and I’m all happy . I had a very bad customer service experience in this location.

Where did the professionalism go at this bank? I wanted to open a new bank account so I went to this location on Westheimer since its close to my work. As soon as I walk in I noticed no one was there so figured I`d be in and out, I had to walk over to some lady`s desk (who was wearing a grey tshirt) and she was trying to avoid eye contact so she wouldn't help me lol. She then asks me what do I need and I told her that I wanted to open a new account since online it requested identity verification and advised that I needed to visit a branch, she then told me that I needed to make an appointment since they're "booked up", keep in mind that this place was EMPTY!!! Not a single customer in sight. I`m not at all surprised of the low rating and majority of bad reviews. Wells Fargo needs to clean house and hire professionals at this location.

Monica is very rude. I always come here because it’s the nearest bank and every single time I end up getting her “assistance”. Every SINGLE TIME she talks to me with the worst attitude. The literal moment I walk to her teller. I came recently with a loved one because they needed help and Monica ended up being the teller. Instant attitude. I hate this bank and will not be coming back. She needs to get her attitude in check because nobody is forcing her to work her.

The customer service in this location is not good for the customer at all. Some customers cannot make an appointment online and they have to start the customer's work. Unfortunately, this location never takes care of the customers who come without an appointment. I am not satisfied with this bank and the customer. They don't handle it

The branch Manager Sam Quang Chung is incompetent, arrogant and very raciest. He treats minorities in a shameful manner. Hopefully Wells Fargo will replace Mr Chung so this location can become a legitimate place to do business.

If you met a person name Kris or Chris, he's actually pretty good. He helped me create a bank account and I am very grateful that his professions are very smooth, so I recommend talking to him he's actually pretty cool ?
