I WENT FOR A STUDENT LOAN AND THE FIRST QUESTION WAS IF I WAS CUBAN AND THERE THE OBSTRUCTIONS BEGAN. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

What’s up With the ATM located outside next to the dry cleaners? Initially roped off during Houston Rodeo days. Have tried multiple times since, but have yet to see it in service. Maybe I missed a posted notice.

I just needed to update my account after citizenships! I came to this branch and showed the IDs then they asked me bring them the social as well , then came back with social and passport then they sent me back the next day to bring them the naturalization certificate as well when also brought that then black lady impolitely asked that I have to bring Judges signature ! I asked the naturalization certificates are signed by judges but she still insisted that I will show the judge papers sample ! I asked I have not committed any felony to show you the judge documents lol my God ! But she insisted on her stance , then I moved to the next branch of wellforgo and they did my account update within two minutes! They just asked for my IDs and that’s all and said anything issued by state or federal government that’s issued after judge approval! After 10 minutes I came back to her and she asked for the judge documents and signature then I showed her the my updated accounts information done by other branch of wells forgo bank ! I just told her update yourself because everyone laugh at you even with in your own branch for your incompetence! Wells forgo needs to Train their professionals to avoid incompetency issue and waste of customers valuable time too! Thanks ! Hopefully their google review staff will look into my comments!

I have been with them since 2009. I was hoping to set up my son's first bank account. We made an appointment, we called ahead,arrived early. Yet they didn't help us set up his account. So disappointed

I was waiting in line for banker, another person showed up and use his personal relationship with manager, and he just passed my number. I was waiting for a long time but unfortunately manager did not care about my wait and time.

WF has been my bank since I open my first bank account. The manager of this location is really kind, I also recommend the banker Tarita, she is so kind and has a great customer service.

Female banker there right at this moment is extremely rude and nasty. Very unfortunate. When I called to speak to the manager on site this same teller said they were busy. This idiot won't be there in two months I garunteee it

At this location stuff is not really helpful. They are racist and taken care of Mexican. I showed up to do the wire transfer but they didn’t did it at that time.
