My experience here at this Wells Fargo was amazing, although I wasn't able to open an account Malik was so helpful with assisting me. He allowed my dog to come in and sit with me, not only that he even gave my dog treats. Thank you so much, it's hard to find great customer service these days. If you're at this branch location, ask for Malik.

Malik made it happen with T-15mins it's tough to get great service near closing and today we did a 5 star transaction

Less than a star. I brought my wife to open an account at this branch, and she was accused of federal documents forgery. Her documents are legal and real. They should thanks God I didn't sued them. I don't recomend any of this branches to anyone.

The people fixing the ATM machine today (2/16/25 at 4:20PM) are really disrespectful. I don’t like giving bad reviews but his tone and gesture led me to leave a review.

Even though I don't have a good impression of Wells Fargo because of my recent issues at other locations, this branch surprised me.
Veronica was amazing and helpful. She made my day with her efficiency opening an account for my co-worker.
I hope I see more Veronicas at Wells Fargo!

This has to be by far the worse Wells Fargo branch I have ever been too. The little hispanic manager had the worse attitude. 30 minutes to cash a check with two people working behind the counter.

Excellent Staff that always helps me out and go above and beyond. Malik, Veronica , Sohrab, Adriana, and especially the banker Karla have always made sure my banking transactions are quick and I just love this branch.

No one willing to work. Very bad service all across Wells Fargo Banks now. No comparison to the service I receive from other 2 Banks I have my accounts with. Service level at all branches I am visiting is dropped to the lowest.

A few days ago I had my appointment with this bank to open an account in the USA for the first time. I had an excellent experience in all aspects: I felt comfortable at the reception, they helped me quickly and they explained to me what the entire process would be like. It is a great bank to start with a checking account.
