I don’t know if LLelani is new, but she is slow. I gave her 2 checks, she looked confused and then had the nerve to ask me was this check from my job? I didn’t like the experience i had at this location. LLelani, needs more training in customer service & she needs to consider other people’s time.

My account was frozen due to no usage for a few months. They would not let me access it without depositing more money. I need a temporary check which the teller cannot give me and is not helpful at all. This branch is full of incompetent worker that just want to pass you from one person to another. I am changing bank ASAP

There was only one teller working while she was flirting with the guy in front of me. I asked a manager if he had more lanes to open and was told they were busy. One cashier was just walking back and forth doing nothing. Very disappointed.

This location is our location. The customer service is awesome. Very professional & very nice. Great people. Very aware of security measures & we feel safe going in there. It's not all alone in an unsafe location it's set up very safe even the ATM is set up safe. Businesses next door & adjacent in the parking lot. I can't say enough great things about my Wells Fargo & it's location

Came in to set up a checking account: Pros: Great approach & friendly when needing help signing in! Such a patient gentleman. Cons: It took about an hour & 15 mins (11:50am-1:15pm) on a Saturday. This place is extremely busy, which was great for the tellers, but they only had two advisors/bankers assisting those who signed in. Keep in mind most weren't as patient/considerate as I in waiting- which is a shame because everyone here is so kind and helpful. The tellers were even as helpful to inform me about their ATM services, online banking, & lobby hours. My suggestion: have another banker work the weekends. Things would probably run more smoothly for everyone & people wouldn't have to wait so long for good service these people showed me.
