I only use the ATM at this location because the inside employees don't understand good customer service. Everything is a long process when it should be very simple.

This is worst location to come to for banking services.
I recently had a deeply frustrating experience at this Wells Fargo branch. What should have been a straightforward process of adding authorized signatures to our account turned into a grueling hour and a half ordeal. Despite our repeated requests for additional assistance from other bankers with no customers, help came only when it was too late. The inefficiency and lack of urgency from the staff were astounding. By the time we left, we were so exasperated that we couldn't even complete setting up all our accounts. This experience left a very negative impression of Wells Fargo's customer service and has certainly made me reconsider my banking options.

staff was chill the other year but not wanting to arrange a debit card was odd corporate policy. why even have actual locations if you dont do that? might as well close the whole bank nationwide and well all just go to navy credit union or citibank instead.

This Wells Fargo has a wonderful branch manager - Mr. Omar Valdes.
About one month ago, I had to make a large wire for a down payment on a house. Mr. Valdes was kind enough to make time to see me (as there were other customers, he came from out of his office to assist) and could sense I was a bit nervous about everything - wire fraud is a real thing! Thankfully, we checked and verified everything - we were sure without a shadow of a doubt.
I felt so relieved as I was also worried about actually going to sign all the documents for the new home.
This may be this gentleman's job, but he not only helped me safeguard my funds, but also took some worry off my mind.
This is customer service at a high level, presented in-person.

I've been a Wells Fago customer for 17 years now. I hardly ever go to a physical location, however after my experience at this location today I may reconsider who I bank with. I scheduled an in person appointment for 11:30am with a banker. I arrived 5 mins early, a Wells Fargo rep sat me down at an office and said so and so would be assisting me today and would be there soon... 15 minutes later I still had not been helped or checked on. I came out of the office and asked for someone to help me and what appeared to be the branch manager disregarded me so I left. Customer service at this branch needs some major improvement. So, what's the point of scheduling an appointment in advance?

Gor here at 1:30 pm, was told they were going to take care of my issue in just a few minutes. Waited 1hour and 40 minutes and they still said "sorry for the inconvenience but we can't help you with the rush debit card, we can't even give you a temporary card because we don't issue does anymore"I drove from a different branch with an escalation agent on the line because Mohammed told the agent they will take care of my problem.Extremely unprofessional and not willing to help at all.WF is only getting worst, they don't café about their clients
