  There was 1 teller in the entire branch, and 1 commercial customer collapsed their entire teller line because they didn't have any ability to fill a basic change order. Suspect this is more of a corporate issue than a branch problem.

  My mom went here pay a loan payment. Kristine applied the payment to the wrong account. Now they won't take ownership of the issue and do very little to help my mom. I am so glad I don't bank with them any more. Stay far away from Wells Fargo.
