We kept experiencing an error when opening a new account but B ozokcu helped us out and zealously advocated for us. She made sure to get to the bottom of the issue so we can open our account. We truly appreciate her help today and we will definitely be asking for her everytime we come to this location. We left a positive review with the lead, we hope it reaches her branch manager. We recommend B ozokcu for any of your banking needs!

The first time we went to look for assistance the manager was very nice and provided us with many tools to fix the problem we were experiencing. However, next time we went B OZOKCU, a personal banker received us with an attitude since we got there, her service was close to useless therefore we had to close the account due to the way she helps clients.

Mrs. Jordan (the manager of branch) helped me out to resolve my recent issue that I have had for several months with Wells Fargo account. She patiently called a couple of services and finally the problem was solved. She directs her staff also kindly and with instructions. I do appreciate her support. Thanks to her friendly team team.

Polite staff who, in an indirect way (so as to not give private info about another account holder) that the check I was attempting to deposit didn't have sufficient funds. This to prevent my account from accruing fees for potential overdraft, etc., when decision would have been made based on trusting the 'deposited funds' would cover my future transactions.

Went in to get a notary from William Catellon at wellsfargo for a driving defense class I had to take. Anyways just got a letter from the court he forgot to put his “seal” on the affidavit!! So it’s useless and now I have to redo the whole thing! And it can’t be mailed in anymore so I’m also gonna have to waste time going up to the court house. Thanks a lot William Catellon at wellsfargo.
I covered up my information for safety. But here is a copy of the affidavit I mailed into the court. no seal.

When I arrived the staff was very nice but I needed to change my PIN and they told me that I had to make an appointment for something that only takes two minutes, besides they couldn't find me someone who spoke Spanish I definitely don't recommend this Wells Fargo because others have helped me and helped for example at wells Fargo at 6990 hwy 6 n houston 77084 if they helped me with my problem

I went there today and mind you I do not have an account with Wells Fargo. I needed to cash a savings bond. My own bank would not cash it nor deposit it. Kyle ( the gentleman that helped me) went above and beyond to get that bond cashed for me. The manager Mrs. Jordan was also a fantastic help and is very knowledgeable about her business. I ten out of ten recommend this brand! I plan to switch banks soon and I’m all for Wells Fargo!

Horrible experience over all with the branch manager Jordan Richards she was very rude and unprofessional she was discriminating us and stereo typing us she never greeted my step dad and he is actually a wells Fargo customer he is been having a checking account for a while , he wanted to open a business account because of the relationship he has with wells fargo but she started saying you need to bring the envelope with mail to proof is actually is real because of fraud and there where as telling her you never greeted him or check who he was before talking to us that way he has his Valid DL to verify who he is and before assuming that we wanting to do some type of fraud before checking he was a wells fargo customer she had a ugly demeanor no way will i or my step that ever go. We went to another branch and we got assisted and treated right not like this place.

Best Wells Fargo management ever, they helped me and my wife to get a joint account for us on the meanwhile she didn't had her SS number.
