The worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They act like they’re doing you a favor just by being there. If I could give them zero stars, I would. This place runs on arrogance and jealousy instead of customer service. I strongly advise everyone to stay away.

Great service, we had an appointment at 4pm, knowing that is almost time to close. Xiomara Guzman helped us with all the questions, explaining with detail all the products that had to offer! Definitively I would suggest Wells Fargo not just as a Bank but a business partner. Kudos for Xiomara!!
