The worst bank I’ve ever dealt with.
The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They act like they’re doing you a favor just by being there. If I could give them zero stars, I would. This place runs on arrogance and jealousy instead of customer service. I strongly advise everyone to stay away.

Great service, we had an appointment at 4pm, knowing that is almost time to close. Xiomara Guzman helped us with all the questions, explaining with detail all the products that had to offer! Definitively I would suggest Wells Fargo not just as a Bank but a business partner. Kudos for Xiomara!!

BE VERY CAREFUL HERE! There are robbers watching for customers making withdrawals. They are either in the parking lots or circling around to see who is getting a white envelope. They will then follow you to your next destination and after you park, will smash your window hoping to find your withdrawal.

The branch manager, Michael P and his associate banker, Danielle were amazing! They treated us with care and were courteous with us throughout the entire process of us closing out an acct that belonged to my late father. These times can be very difficult ant they were sympathetic to our cause. They explained the processes to us very clearly. Michael returned my phone calls and greeted me in person when I arrived. Exceptional Service! Would definitely recommend!!

Excellent service! I was helped by William Castellon, he’s the branch manager, impecable service and manners, I have no idea why this branch has 1.9 score but sure they weren’t helped by him plus their CD rates are very competitive

Their personnel is just amazing!I had to open my first account and was a bit stressed and anxious after some unfortunate experiences and Samekka went out of her way to help me, make me feel comfortable and make sure I understand everything she was explaining to me. She even shared one of her cereal bars because I mentioned I hadn’t eaten anything yet. She’s the best and I don’t care what advantages other banks might have but a customer service like this one is absolutely more important and reassuring.Samekka thank you so much for your warmth service and your kindness you really made my day and I will definitely come to this location for everything I need just to see you!Thanks!
